Everything was great the only negative is my spa tub did not work.

I would definitely stay at Ca’Pisani again! Hotel was in a convenient location, right next to the water ferry. We walked everywhere we went ! The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. Great location near Accademia which was more quiet than San Marco or San Paolo. Clean & spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast, complete with Canadian Maple Syrup... can't beat the real thing from home. Can't wait to return some day!

Nice sitting area on each floor. Rooms are fairly large. Staff were extremely helpful . Beware, there are blackout sheets in windows so you don’t have any idea when sun comes up which could cause you to oversleep. Prefer a top sheet and blanket instead of a comforter only. AC inadequate.

Excellent service- front desk were extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations and travel plans. Location is amazing- quiet spot away from crowds but close enough to walk and see everything. Super clean and midern

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location with two water taxi stops nearby but it is also an easy walk to the other areas of the city. There were some nice options for food and drink locally as well. We would definitely stay here again.

My stay was FANTASTIC! The renovation of the property is EXTREMELY sophisticated in terms of architectural details + design. I would like to acknowledge the quality/result of that protect because it’s quite unique in its style, elegance not in-your-face-lucury Service was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic. Bedroom and bathroom were very beautiful and spotless. I was generously upgraded to a corner room with lots of light and tall ceilings. Grazie! Location is wonderful. Dorsoduro has major sights (my window looked right across to the Accademia) and the Ponte della Accademia is half a block away which will get you to San Marco sestiere in two seconds, as is the Vaporetto stop. So THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH!

The room was very, very dark, no natural light whatsoever, facing what seems to be a noisy kitchen or service area of another hotel. Not a nice place to stay because of the darkness. I would advise the management to be more transparent about this at booking.
