Great setting and facilities. Excellent food. Wasps an ever-present nuisance for eating outside unfortunately, and drinks service pretty slow everywhere. Still an 8 out of 10 holiday.

Great place. Very big and set on a steep hill so you need to get your bearings ass exploring on foot in the summer heat is wearing! Lifts almost everywhere though for anyone with mobility issues. Staff are absolutely first class. Food was great. Kids pool great although beware 3 of the 7 slides have height restrictions over 1.2m which reduced options a bit for our 6 yo. À la carte restaurants all very nice. All a bit of a faff to book activities/restaurant tables as different apps for different things. Email Hotel in advance of arrival to get à la carte restaurants booked as they get full. Poolside drinks etc via app order very good and well organised. Technophobes may struggle a bit albeit you can order from passing staff too.

This is a great hotel, our room had a hot tub and huge balcony. Food was good and Ltd of choice. Two large pools and on the beach, staff are great. If you want a couples only holiday don’t book this hotel. Kids everywhere and they run riot

This hotel is the definition of false advertising. It is marketed as a luxury all-inclusive resort, but in reality it's more of a "some-inclusive" hotel, you never know what's included and what isn't, and nobody clearly explains it. We booked a Junior Suite with a "jetted tub." There was no jetted feature at all, just a tub with the jetted feature not working. We also booked a double bed and received two single beds pushed together. The biggest issue was the boat excursion. We were told all guests receive a complimentary boat trip. On our last day, we were suddenly told we had booked the wrong cruise and would need to pay €750. Apparently there were multiple cruises, but nobody ever explained which one was included. The only compensation offered was a dinner at one of the hotel's restaurants, which was already included in our package anyway. (We were compensated with something we already had) and even if it was included didn't we weren’t even considering it because we knew the food was going to be terrible. The drinks were just as disappointing. Everything felt cheap, with artificial syrups, fake flavors, and low-quality liquor. Nothing felt premium or luxurious. When we asked for proper compensation, management told us nobody at the hotel had the authority to offer any and that only the General Manager could help, but he was conveniently on vacation. This was not the luxury all-inclusive experience that was promised.

We stayed at the Marbella Collection for 6 days with our two young daughters and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the whole experience felt effortless and when you’re travelling with little ones, that means everything. The location is stunning, the beach and pools were the highlight of each day for the girls and felt safe and manageable for families. The food was a real highlight too; great quality and variety throughout, the dining experience genuinely added to the holiday. What really set this apart was how family-friendly it felt without being exclusively a “kids’ hotel.” Our daughters were catered for brilliantly while my husband and I still felt like we were having a proper holiday. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for a family of four, and the staff were consistently warm and attentive throughout. A special mention to two team members who truly stood out. Lydia at reception was warm, kind and genuinely welcoming from the very first interaction and went above and beyond to help make my husband’s birthday special — doing so with such grace it felt truly personal. Aurora was equally brilliant; so patient and kind in answering all my questions about the resort. These two are a real credit to the Marbella Collection. An easy five stars. Highly recommended

I would highly recommend this hotel for families with children of all ages. It is a luxurious hotel with multiple pools and restaurants. Amazing food options for our family with various dietary requirements (Ie Gluten-Free and Vegan). All allergens were clearly displayed at the buffet which made it very easy for us. They even made a gluten-free pizza for my wife at the a la carte restaurant. Only slight downside is that the private hotel beach is not sandy but still a nice beach for our 4 and 6 year old children with some artificial sand. They also allowed 30 minute free use of some of the water sports at the private beach which is amazing. We travelled to Georgios beach around 20minutes taxi journey (40euro) for a lovely sandy beach! We would definitely visit and use the hotel again!!! Thanks

The room with the jacuzzi was amazing! The panorama view on the sea with the sunrise was stunning. The buffet restaurant had quite a lot of varieties of meals and they tasted good.

Spotlessly clean and well maintained, the place looked like a newly built hotel. Staff are amazing. Food was varied and high quality, we used the main buffet, the French and the Asian restaurants for dinner and the buffet and Italian for lunch. Drinks were all top shelf brands and service at the bars fast and efficient. The all inclusive is truly "all inclusive". However, if you are used to Mexico all inclusive then this place is a little more restrictive as you are limited to the number of a-la carte dinners that you can have in a week. The room that we had was great. Modern, lovely sea view, spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. The mini bar is also part of the all inclusive. There's a water park for the kids and it is well away from the main pools. The gym is adequate. Spacious but lacks sufficient equipment if the hotel is busy. All in all, don't hesitate to book. We've done Mexico 4 times and Dubai/Fujaira all inclusive 3 times. This place did not disappoint and we will be going back. Tip: if you are not going on a package deal, hire a car. We used Eurohire and just let the car sit for 3 days at the hotel. It was cheaper than a taxi from/to the airport.

Great holiday for a short break. Staff were very accommodating, friendly and hard working. The resort is not very well connected. So getting from the resort is only by bus or taxi. There is only access to al a carte restaurants is limited based on length of stay. This isnt in keeping with other 5* hotels we've stayed at. The food in the buffet was ok, if a little cheap. Eg chicken skewers were clearly processed. The chicken at the bar and grill was clearly fresh. The hotel offers good amenities but these aren't clearly advertised ( i.e. the evening cruise). The gym facilities are basic for this size hotel. Which is a shame given the emphasis on sports. The gym classes are great. No one explained how we could dine at other marbella restaurant. The room was excellent. The choice of Pillows a great touch. Late check out was a disaster. We didnt know until after we had to leave the room that we could actually check out late. So everything was already packed and last minute sun bathing missed in case we had to leave. I seems better process needed

The whole experience is exceptional. The variety of food and drink is amazing. The staff look after everything and you're never waiting too long for service. The hotel itself is stunning and the rooms are luxurious. We had the Junior Suite with a panoramic view which had an incredible view. We'd be back again in a heartbeat.
