The ocean view was spectacular

Perfect location very clean staff friendly only one problem patio door lock was broken and was fixed very half hardy didn’t feel 100% safe. Other guest from surrounding rooms could get to my patio easily.

Clean room.great dromdly staff and the air conditioning work great in that veracruz hot weather.

Este hotel no transmite los partidos del mundial en la habitacion. Obligan a verlos en el bar. No entiendo la razon de esto. Alli el aire acondicionado es insuficiente y tienen ventiladores de piso para ayudar. Porque no tienen aire acondicionado que proporcione suficiente confort. Estuve alli el dia del Padre y sin aviso, el costo de buffete fue incrementado en $200. por persona, a pesar de que yo verifique un dia antes cual seria el costo. En un hotel de esta calidad no deberian suceder estos problemas. Conclusion, no recomiendo este hotel y no regresare.

The hotel is gorgeous and very well kept, the gym could use a barbell but other than that, A+

This hotel is wonderful! The room was huge, bed, pillows, etc. were great quality, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. All the staff were very friendly, and helpful. Check in/out was easy and quick. The only small complaint I have was the shower, there was very little water pressure and no hot water. Not enough to keep me from staying there again though.

Musky smell, a/c not working in lounge bar aeea. I always pay to have access to the premier areas and this was the worse ever. Poor quality food, no bottle water or sodas. And if you want to use the main dinning room you still have to pay. Don't pay the premier rate for floor 9 is not worth it.

We only stayed 2 nights. Room was clean, great location, food was good. Spa was excellent

Great view ! Great location ! Walking distance to all the attractions and tour options.
