Nice hotel, friendly staff. This was the second Springfield I have stayed at, and both are first rate.

Stayed here for four nights in May 2025. For a 3 star hotel, it pretty much hits the mark. The staff were friendly, the room was clean when we arrived, the free breakfast and free parking were great. They also mentioned the housekeeping would be alternate day when we checked in, so that was good to know too. The next time they cleaned the room they did not replenish all used items (that’s why I deducted 1 star rating) .The rooms were soundproof enough, of course not 100% but overall I would recommend this place and if I visit again, won’t think twice about booking this place .

Good hotel, need a car to go around

Loved the large room size and excellent breakfast. Front desk staff were extremely nice!

The gentleman who checked us in was professional, yet fun. The breakfast buffet was pretty big and well stocked, clean and inviting. We really enjoyed this property and will stay here anytime we go to Raleigh.

Was very disappointed that the pool is not there anymore I booked double queen rooms and the beds were full size and very uncomfortable I was asked to have my room cleaned after the second day but no one came I asked the front desk and I received towels that’s all I will no longer book rooms here I stayed here a few months ago and it was a totally different place

We got to the hotel and we found out that we did not have a room after getting a reservation way before getting there and they said they couldn’t get us a room at all or help. It was very late and we paid about 200$ for our room. They sold the room to someone else.

The staff members were friendly, the property was clean and easy to find.

All went smooth as it can go. Rooms clean, breakfast better then most with plenty to eat was included. my picky wife was happy and i did not have to argue over anything. She was very happy and we will use this place again.

Loved that the room had a pull out couch!

Staff was great, breakfasts were very nice, and it was near the airport but also easy to get to other places we needed. They were remodeling the fitness center, so that was open

This was my second visit and I was just here 2 weeks ago. The hotel is clean and the staff is top tier! The lady who checked me in, Courtney and Dee were all so pleasant. I will definitely be coming back!

It was great. The staff was very nice. The shower amenities were great. The breakfast was a nice variety and it was an excellent location for all the things we wanted to do
