The hotel itself was beautiful with a clean room. The issue I found was that I booked a double-bed room, but they tried to give me a King Bedroom, even thou I told the manager that we were 2. At first, they said the hotel was fully booked and that there were not 2 beds available, and the reason they changed my reservation from a 2 bed to a 1 bed was because they only saw 1 person's name on the reservation, and also added that because I did the reservation thru a third-party (Expedia) they did not see the type of room I booked.(???) They also charged me an extra $25 because I got there at 12:30 instead of 3:00PM, meaning they have to charge the early check-in fee, even thou I didn't see that fee stipulated anywhere during my reservation process, neither was visible stated at the counter. I found out about it when I got there. The cherry on top was that when I tried to turn-on the TV, guess what? Remote was bad, so I had to call for a replacement, and it took them over an hour to do so. I even had to called twice because of the delayed. Again, the hotel was beautiful but too many inconveniences. They messed up my reservation, and didn't have the decency to, at least, waived the early check-in fee??? Very disappointed to say the least.

I have stayed at Rosen properties before, and it is my preferred place to stay while in Orlando. This property is convenient to all of the places I need to go, and is clean and nicely maintained. I recommend the Rosen Center and Plaza if you have anything going on by the convention center.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained and our room was clean and spacious. My sister and I have stayed here a few times and always enjoy our stay.

The rooms and bathroom are very dated for the price. The bathroom had mold stains and the room itself smelled very musty. Great location and food options!

Great place to stay & enjoy the weekend

Ema at the front desk was amazingly help as were all the staff! But management had no control or supervision of the facility that evening. I thought I was at a frat party. There were people running up and down the halls all night. Kids screaming and slamming doors. A pool party that lasted with loud music until 3 am and a couple screaming at each hour most of the night right across the hall from my room. I think our whole party deserves a full refund +
