The room was old, small patio sliding door did not lock and felt unsafe. The bedding was yellow, beds and pillows hard. Attempted to get early check in but was not allowed because there was no room available although I saw many people/ families check out while waiting in the lounge. Receptionist did not attempt to help. Originally booked for 3 nights, checked out after 1st. Do not recommend

Hotel condition was good and reception staff good. Restaurant is another story. Buffet breakfast marginal. However, I ordered for lunch one day a "cheeseburger".I was the Only Person in the restaurant, took the 20+ minutes to serve it. When I went to bite into it I thought it smelled bad. When I tasted it I had to spit it out. The Meat was ROTTEN ! I could have gotten seriously ill or worse. There is a reason why except for the "marginal buffet breakfast" included with the room, the restaurant is Always Empty. Have your maginal brakfast here if included, and DO NOT EAT HERE ANYTHING ELSE !

It’s a quite old hotel. Need some upgrade. Also, it is too noisy in the night. Noises were coming from the motorcycle on the road.

Excellent customer service, allowing us to check in substantially early. Comfortable, clean, safe. The 'swimming pool' was somewhat small and irregularly shaped; otherwise quality over all optimal.

Great breakfast and good location in the city .....

Tired hotel that clearly has not been maintained since it was built. A/C did not work at all. The rooms decor was worn, scratched, torn and falling apart. Totally unacceptable condition for a property that bills itself as +4 star. My suggestion for traveler to Sao Paulo is to never trust hotel brands that are not owned and managed by European or US. The situation I describe here is a common problem in Brazil. Unless a property is brand new, it will be in some state of disrepair.

The people who work in this hotel is very kind and helpful staff, every person, including the valet parking. All people.

Business hotel, English speaking, good breakfast, tired gym. Overall good hotel is a boring area.

The air conditioning stopped working for two days at the facility. The hotel did not inform the guests. Neither did they offer apology or compensation for the guests. Very unprofessional and poor service-minded. When I questioned the front desk, they just shrugged off my complaint.

The hotel was exactywhat we wanted for a quick overnight stay in São Paulo, which needed to be close to Congonhas Airport.
