Even with the hotel being packed with the game going on this weekend. I was still able to sleep and had no problems with the kids or noise.

Loved the amenities - the KITCHEN. I hate to eat every meal out. I must cook my meals and this place makes it possible.

The shower diverter in my bath was not functioning. I didn't discover this until morning when I attempted to use the shower, around 6:00 am. I called the desk to have it fixed but was told no one from maintenance would be available till 8:00. This was a business trip so this time frame wouldn't work for me. I was forced to use the tub, and, being an elderly person, getting in, and far worse, getting out was an ordeal. I slipped once and was very nearly injured. To their credit, the hotel staff gave me 5000 Marriott points for my trouble, but this is the kind of maintenance issue I would think should be checked in every room before allowing anyone to stay in it. I would much prefer to pay full price and have everything work perfectly, than be awarded a concession because of a problem.

I been working in Palmdale for 5 months & been staying here consistently and since the second stay “TJ” nite front desk I mentioned that i want it to stay close to the exit cause i stay for the whole week & i have alot stuff to unpack so every stay she takes care of me by placing me in rooms close to where is a entrance im soooo grateful for T.J!!! THANK U!!!

The staff were very friendly and the manager took care of any problem that arose on the spot. I would highly recommend this place! This is where I will stay whenever we come to the valley for a visit.

The staff is excellent

Customer service was great. Indoor pool area was so strong with chlorine we could hardly breath and eyes burned after being in the pool area for just a few minutes. Front desk said someone was coming the next Monday to look at it. Couch bed was very uncomfortable with tons of springs. Room was clean and equipped with all the kitchen necessities. Would stay again but would get two beds so we don’t need the couch bed.

Have stayed here several times for soccer tournaments. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was cozy and in a perfect location. Rooms were clean and amazing! Breakfast had a nice selection and ample seating! Will be back.

The front desk staff is always very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are always very clean and quiet. Really a great place to stay !
