Clean room friendly staff Quiet

It’s okay hallways loud and area is noisy

Everything was great

Staff were great, check-in and out was quick and easy.

Parking should be monitored. There was a construction workers truck in the handicap parking space. This person was not handicapped in anyway.

The beds were comfortable, exhaust fan in the bathroom much appreciated. I would have appreciated a non-slip tub mat (non-slip surface, or grab bar) in the tub as I prefer showers and needed to be extra careful not to slip and fall.

Very small room. Being on the ground floor was nice with an exit to outside but the blinds let the light in so the room was never dark. No power options by the night stand which was not convenient. Overall I paid way to much for this room.

We found a babybug " unaware what kind at that point" it was a bed bug on the pillow the night we stayed and in the morning i got bed bug bites and there was bedbug blood spots on the sheets. We where in to much of a rush to beat the storm and coulnt confront the situation at check out and have had to buy bedbug raid and pay for drycleaning for out property we had in the room with us. Other then that issue it would have been a perect stay the staff are excellent and kind it was a clean "minus the bedbugs" in the room and the breakfast was pretty darn good for a selfserve. Normally i would directly google and Expedia review this issue but im going to give the property a oppertunity to hopfully promptly address the issue and see how they manige to compansite. As from the experience with the staff im confident they can make it right.

Got evacuated from our community due to wild fires, booked into super8. drove 8 hours to hear no pet rooms available. receptionist advised upon arrival to cancel. we left and tried cancelling through hotels.com. still got charged our full rate without even being checked in and being advised to cancel. hotel told hotels.com that we were no show and will not credit 1st night stay. thank you super 8 for not helping a family after being evacuated out of their community and not having anywhere to go, then still charging them. you will never see me again.

The hotel front desk had a bit of an attitude and the jetted tub was not big enough for two adults to comfortably fit. Thé bed and hotel room were clean and organized. I apreciated the soaps in the shower

I loved the first level and private entrance. Being that my husband and I have limited mobility, the unloading and loading the truck was so easy. Thank you for the great service when we checked in on Tuesday June 17 :)

Good stay

Getting woke up 3x by drunk people sucked, but the staff were nice. So made up for my terrible sleep.

Nothing special! Rooms and facilities plain. Overpriced for what is provided!

Lois Brown. Please do not go back to Darin as they arranged and paid. Loud, noisy -banging doors, trash in hallway, changed room at beginning, sound still loud.

Checked in late. Very lovely night staff. Clean and had all we needed.

The cleaning staff do an excellent job. Out side was dirty. Very windy so no one could do anything about it. People smoking by the front door. Disgusting.

It was somewhere decent to sleep for 1 night.
