The staff were nice. I did not like the non access to the side door and the elevator doesn’t work. The pool access card has to be shared between others in the building.The pool and the pool area wasn’t clean.My room lamp light kept flashing so I had to use to light by the nightstand. So good luck too you!

It was ok, the elevator was not working, but they upgraded us to apartment suit due to the inconvenience. Other than that no other problem. We were comfortable

Where I arrived to the property I could not believe it The elevator was not working. I couldn't carry my luggage upstairs.

Elevator wasn’t working, but we stayed on the first floor, so it wasn’t an issue. Plan to stay at this hotel again.

When we checked into the room the elevators were down and we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs. When we went into the room we only had 2 face towels and when I went to the desk to ask for 2 more because were a family of 4 the manager said they don’t have any there was hair in the shower that didn’t not belong to anyone in my family there was hair in my breakfast that I made down stairs there was a snail climbing on the wall. I just wasn’t impressed at check out the manager didn’t ask us how was our stay he was watching tv just very unprofessional. I will not be back

Construction started at 5AM right on top of my room. I went to talk to front desk and was offered no help or a change a room or discount.

The couch and mattress was dirt. Shower was dirt and floor was dirt. Elevator did not work

Elevator did not work. Pool not open on time. No wash cloths or towels

The staff was great, but the rooms were dirty. In one of the rooms that I was switched to, I couldn't lock the door, and lastly, the elevator was out of order. We were on the third floor, the last floor. I had to run to change my key two times, so running up and down the stairs was frustrating.

Upon arrival the elevator was broken. Our room only had two towels. We asked the front desk for more towels and she said that they were out because they had a full house. Breakfast or lack there of was cold. The dresser drawers would not stay closed.

Remodling but still nice

Not a clean property - very disappointing Signs of park at own risk which doesn’t really make you feel safe.

Need it to be a little bit closer to Memphis other than that the stay good.
