The hotel is very old but has a good location.

The hotel is very comfortable and spacious. It's easy to get everywhere, as it's directly behind the bus stop and MTR station. The staff are also very friendly.

Convenient location. The bed is comfy. Decent price. The bathroom shower design is weird, though.

When you want to open large luggage, there is no space, so you open it on the bed.

The room is a bit musty and smells "aged". This hotel charged me the government tax at check-in. Hence, better recheck your booking before payment.

The family room was a good size but not very clean. Overall, it was an acceptable place to stay, budget-friendly, and not far from Tsim Sha Tsui.

Had a great stay at Regal Kowloon Hotel. The location is very strategic in Tsim Sha Tsui, close to MTR stations, shopping areas, and many attractions. There are also plenty of food options around the hotel, so it’s very convenient. The hotel is a bit old and the decor feels slightly dated, but it’s still clean and acceptable. We booked a room for 4 adults with 2 double beds, and the room was quite spacious by Hong Kong standards, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout. Overall, it’s a good choice if you prioritize location, space, and convenience.

After checking in, the staff told us to find our own room. There was no guidance whatsoever on where to take the elevator, which side to go to, or how to get there. Once checked in, it was like going wherever we wanted. The staff member who opened the door looked at us from head to toe, extremely rude. There was no seating area to wait for check-in or check-out. The female staff member who opened the door only answered with one word, "I don't speak English," even though she answered foreign guests fluently in English. The location is good and easy to get around, but the staff is terrible. You could pay a little more and stay somewhere much better.

Close to the airport bus stop. The room is quite spacious for a hotel in Hong Kong, comfortable for families. Around the hotel there is MCD, Sevel, a pharmacy, and you can walk to Avenue of Stars. However, it's a bit far if you want to go to the mall/shopping area in TST. Suitable for visiting Hong Kong with family and just transiting for a day like us 👍 because it's close to the bus stop to the airport.

Overall, hotel facilities and services are good.

The staff wasn't very friendly. I asked to order an Uber using my phone and was told to go to the taxi station in front of the hotel. I booked a family room for 4 people, but they only gave me two large towels. The hotel's location is okay, but it's quite a long walk to the MTR station. Overall, it's not bad, just OK.
