I booked with this hotel twice and both times they gave me roadside rooms.Can't sleep when windows open.

Helpful and friendly staff. The apartment was extremely comfortable and the shower excellent too. Had a great time, staying in a quirky hotel and we for one will definitely be returning

Good: Rooms are large and clean. Bad: no AC and no fans - terrible when it's hot outside, breakfast is Ok but not great.

Ich habe kürzlich in diesem Hotel übernachtet und obwohl ich auf ein angenehmes Erlebnis gehofft hatte, gab es mehrere Probleme, die unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigten. Zunächst war der Check-in-Prozess alles andere als reibungslos. Trotz unserer nächtlichen Ankunft war niemand an der Rezeption und es gab keine klaren Anweisungen, wie wir vorgehen sollten. Ich musste das Hotel mehrmals (etwa 4 oder 5 Mal) anrufen, nur um herauszufinden, wie ich einchecken kann. Dieses anfängliche Hindernis legte einen Ton der Unannehmlichkeiten für unseren Aufenthalt fest. Darüber hinaus war die Qualität der Betten äußerst enttäuschend. Es ist schon lange her, dass ich Betten erlebt habe, die so abgenutzt und unbequem waren. Eine gute Nachtruhe ist eine grundlegende Erwartung bei jedem Hotelaufenthalt, und leider entsprachen diese Betten nicht einmal den Grundstandards. Ich verstehe, dass jedes Hotel seine schlechten Tage haben könnte, aber bestimmte grundlegende Annehmlichkeiten und Dienstleistungen, wie ein reibungsloser Check-in-Prozess und komfortable Betten, sind unverzichtbar. Ich hoffe, dass Hotel dieses Feedback berücksichtigt und die notwendigen Verbesserungen für zukünftige Gäste vornimmt. Bewertung: ★★☆☆☆

Absolutely great hotel to stop in. We were there overnight, 5 adults in 3 rooms; 1 was a disabled member of the family. The staff were fantastic at sorting out the rooms and the following mornings breakfast arrangements. The rooms were clean and everything was there that should’ve been. The only pair of annoying things that were missing was: 1) coffee & tea making facilities in each room; 2) Air conditioning. The night we stayed was nearly 30C and we slept with the balcony door wide open, unfortunately some of the local bugs decided I was going to be their banquet for the night.

Website pictures very promising but in the real nothing like it, very disappointing. Staff not particular friendly and disorganised, breakfast at 8am ok but at 9.30am hardly anything left to eat, Luxury Double Room not particular clean with an awful bathroom, gym in poor condition, carpeted floor in hotel absolutely filthy. The hotel need a proper update in 21 century.

Cracking little hotel, very quiet, parking was free, but as we arrived late had to park on the street. The level of service is excellent, especially at this price. Rooms nice and large, beds okay but would have liked extra pillows, but thats a minor issue. Would happily stay again
