Always an amazing experience. We have stayed at this location multiple times. There are multiple places to eat within 1 to 2 blocks. The marketplace is only a couple blocks away. It's only about a 4 to 5 block walk to Jackson Square. They have a great espresso and sandwich shop about one block down called envie. It's right down the on corner. And a bar right off the pool on the property. Plenty of space in the room and having a room with a balcony is definitely a necessity every time we stay. It's nice to be able to sit out and people watch and enjoy the weather late at night.

The front desk team, especially Rebecca, are so helpful and kind! And the rooms are super clean and everything is new! The parking is safe and gated. 10/10 will stay here again!

We were unable to initiate live tv on the room tv. Even after desk help and friends from another room tried.

Stayed here in 2020 before Covid hit. Had a lively bar and fantastic full service breakfast restaurant with the best banana pancakes. We checked in— no bar, no food, all closed. Very sad and disappointed as I brought my family to enjoy what I had experienced before.

New orleans is a great place. Hotel was niche. People and staff nice.hotel dated and ammenities not there. TV out and unable to fix. Rain dripped in from door wall. Clean rooms. Have your walking shoes.

Each time my husband & I visit New Orleans this is the only hotel we stay at. It is in walking distance to many places to eat, shop, hear live music and just enjoy the energy of the French Quarters. The staff is ALWAYS friendly & welcoming. It's a true gem nestled on Chartres!

A chance for a stay in the older areas of New Orleans. Many attractions within a 15 to 30 minute walk. An older building that has been nicely refurbished but still maintaining an air of historical significance. Rooms were very large and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. Service was extra cordial and accommodating. Our stay was way too short sadly, but we would gladly stay again next time around.

Great staff!

We opted to stay in the French Quarter of New Orleans. The room was fine, but it’s minimal. They offer free water at the front desk, but there is really nowhere to go and sit to enjoy a cup of coffee other than poolside. This is not a bad place. It just didn’t offer enough amenities for me.
