Booked at last minute. Has g good feel about it and located in a great spot. Rooms are tired but not that bad considering the room rates. I would stay here again.

This hotel is a grand old lady! It is in great location and has a swimming pool. I had stayed there a couple of years ago and knew my husband would like it. He loved it!

I have been staying at the clairidge hotel a few times a year since 2006 For some reason my reservation date I booked on expedia was the day after I arrived They refused to change it to the day I arrived So I paid two days. Honestly the place is getting pretty run down. Will find a new hotel

We spent two nights with the family in two rooms. It is indeed an old hotel, but very clean. Excellent and friendly staff and a good breakfast. But the most important thing is its location in the center of everything. If it were to undergo a major renovation, it would be the jewel in the crown.

Staff were great and the hotel would have been an icon in its time. Location is great and it’s very walkable. It’s a decent value but needs a remodel/upgrade soon.

It wasn’t really what I was expecting, old tvs, not really friendly waiter or waitress, the only friendly person I met was the chef while he was refilling the buffet.! Great old architecture, the walls in the rooms are dirty, not really even 4 star hotel.
