Quick checkin, rooms were clean , priced right, prefect stay

It's obvious that updates have been made, but a whole lot more has to be done. Under the sink counter, the floor and baseboards were not clean. Some scrubbing is needed. Front desk person was not friendly nor welcoming. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Ive stayed at my hotels in my lifetime. This hotel was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The microwave was black inside. It looked like it had been thst way for years. Our room had the worst order I have I ever smelt. The water for shower did not turn hot for a good 5 min. They moved us to another room on our last night. Very disappointing in this hotel. I will not be returning to a Best Western!

We were in town for a basketball tournament and chose the Best Western Plus due to the positive reviews so I was a little surprised when the facility did not meet the expectations. The breakfast was limited, the room was dirty and definitely dated, our AC never worked the entire stay, and the phone was broken so we could not call down to the front desk to get towels. The pool was okay and the night front desk gentleman was sweet. Overall, we will not be back next time we are in town and we ended up leaving early and not even staying our second night after we got knocked out of the tournament because the hotel was so loud and the room was so hot.

Needs updated, cleaned and repaired. Building needs facelift

The room was ok the cloth chair needs to be cleaned it had stains allover the set.

The check-in staff didn't know what I meant when I said I was an Expedia gold member. Eventually they offered me a late check-out of 12pm, but this was after I'd already booked in a 5.30am airport shuttle... MY room had an incline for some reason. Comfortable stay for the price with free shuttle, but don't expect any perks.

Service was good, room was clean. 1st floor near vending machine smelled of urine and cigarettes. Our room air conditioner was quite loud when it kicked on. Breakfast was sub par - went at 8:30 am and most food bins were empty. Eggs were watery and tasteless. No yogurt or fruit.

Really enjoyed my stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will recommend it to anybody visiting Kansas City.

It will work for a night to park and fly, but it’s so noisy with people walking above, in the halls and nonstop planes flying overhead. Be aware the hallway smells like pot. Overall it’s hard to think about staying here again.

Airport shuttle is great, also the grab and go bag early in the morning was much appreciated cuz we had to leave before breakfast

There seemed to be a lack of adequate staff..especially in pool area. Kids were in the area without parental supervision. One child was seen standing by the pool and urinating into the pool.😒Desk person seemed to have to wear many hats.

I liked staying close to the airport for an early morning flight. Shuttle service to the airport at 4a; prompt and clean. Didn't like the noise from outside. I understand the air traffic but the highway noise made it very hard to sleep
