My stay was everything I expected

Good value for the price

Adequate lodging in the area.

This hotel was very clean and there were food restaurants within walking distance. There was room service every day and all the staff where very helpful.

Very noisy in the hallways, etc.

No Power due to storms. I Get that. So why did you let me book it. and. drive. just Inconsiderate.

No power at hotel. Was not notified so we might change plans. In this age of communication it would not have been hard to send an email and text to all affected.

Hotel easily accessible. Desk staff very, polite, friendly and accomodating.

Our room had lots of traffic noise. The staff did offer to move us but we declined as we were only there for 2 nights.

Came to go to Longwood Gardens. The weather was perfect. We arrived at hotel very tired and were greeted by a friendly greeting and good service.

Renovation is good!

Loved the area

In addition to the cleanliness of the room and attentive staff I liked that after we checked in the staff asked if all was good with the room. Also the bathroom shower curtain meticulously folded closed and the excess folded over the shower bar. I've have never seen that before even in the lux hotels! The gym was clean with all new equipment. I loved the Peleton bike! Def would recommend this location.

We were very pleased with everything and will definitely return.

Great property. And not dog poop in the pet area which is rare. Very nice !
