Property was very nice, our microwave didnt work and our bathroom floor was dirty& carpet needs replaced. However the hotel is remodeling, hopeful our next stay will be complete. Staff was very helpful, Lee & Adam were accomidating with heating and great local info.

Nice hotel for a night or two at Rome, GA. The rooms are renovated, clean bathroom and carpet. The pool was clean. The breakfast was okay.

Clean and friendly

We stopped here overnight while on our way home from Florida. Check-in was easy and fast. The beds were extremely comfortable. I don’t think I slept that good at a hotel ever! My boys had fun swimming in the pool and enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel was located in a great area. We felt safe and didn’t feel the need to worry about our items in the car overnight. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Room were large and clean!

Bed was hard. Walls were so thin we heard every single conversation on both sides. Check in was great. Guy at desk was very friendly. Hotel and room was clean.

poor construction on remodel; dirty floors, dirty bathroom shower floor, didn't remove sheets to look at mattress but the mattress was comfortable

The room was very clean the bed very confortable. No noise inside the hotel. BUT it IS very noise bc it's by a very busy road with lots of cargo trucks passing by and making laud noises early mornings with some parking in the hotel. Safety is a b of concerning for me as a women as the hotel was packed with truck drivers not family not women I was a b concerned. The reception ALWAYS EMPTY never have anybody present you have to ring the bell and the guy did NOT welcome, Did NOT introduce himself or have tag name and was kind of confused to explain where I could find restaurants near by. Newver told me thank you just a very robotic talk Alexia would do better... When I checked out he just told me you are good to go not one thank you for your stay ?
