In Hyannis for a fishing trip. I arrived late and the hotel called me to confirm that I was coming. They were very accommodating. The hotel is more like a motel. Looks like some off season work has been done, including patching and painting. There was a lot of dust on high surfaces and walls from the off season work. The bed was amazingly comfortable. There’s a fridge and microwave in the room. There’s is plenty of parking and restaurants close by. The hotel gave us a late check out so we refreshed after fishing. I will definitely stay again in the future. Stayed May 2025.

I was totally surprised by this properity by Days Inn. I think i should be able to get my purchase refunxed to me because of how poor condition the place was. I will summerise the problems with your facility. We arrived at 1:00pm for a 3:00pm check in time. The manager told us we could check in early for $15 an hour extra. $30 to check in at 1:00 instead of 3:00. I have never seen this becore. We asked if the pool was open and they said yes. We left to get lunch and come back at 3:00pm to avoid an aditional $30. When we came back to check in at 3:00 More stuff kept happening. We were given room #148 and we went to the room. Thenext problem we found was the phone didnt work at all. I finall called the front desk using my cell phone to see when i could get the phone replaced. They told me it would be easier if i just continued to use my cell phone instead of tuhe broken room phone. Not acceptiable. Next we found the bathroom and living room windows were both wide open and the heat was set at 80 degrees. We sut the heat down anvd closed the windows. Non acceptiable Even though they told us the pool was open before now it was closed because some outside inspector never came that day or the next day. No pool and not acceptiable. Then we found there were no large bath towels only one roll of tolet paper. The bathroom door was broken and split open. It still worked but it was hard to open or close fully. Amazing and understanding staff!!! A bit sketchy but that’s because I was traveling with a child… but the rooms are clean and the staff was lovely and awesome to deal with!!!

The pool was closed and we were notified there was no breakfast after we made reservations. On arrival there was no one in the office. A person came after a while. Going into the room, the windows were open and it was freezing, It took time for the room to warm up. We had to keep our coats on. A piece of the ceiling was missing, there were marks and discoloration on the shower curtain. There was some kind of debris on the bathroom window sill. Electrical outlets were scarce. My daughter's towel was frayed and looked like a screen door. When we asked for more linens we were held to a 2 person number, there were 3 of us. They did not replace the facecloths. The peg to the lock on the inside of the door was broken off. We used a chair to keep the door secured. When we reported this, the staff said it was the end of the season and he would report it on Monday. We will not be returning here any time soon.

There were drug dealers outside all night and they had a room. I kept waking up to check my car. The room smelled like harsh smoke and when i told the front desk, they came to my room with air freshener. There was a disgusting smell coming from the bathroom. Never again!!

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this specific Days Inn. The hotel has a no smoking in rooms policy, but a person can smoke right outside the hotel door. The smell of cigarettes and musty bedsheets engulfed my room due to a person smoking right outside the room and lack of ventilation in the dark room. Moreover, there were big flies in the room and an empty space where the microwave should have been. Unsettling individuals standing across my room made me question my safety. I gave up after my complaint led to the employee stating nothing else he can do, no refund. I was convinced to leave when a young female soldier complained that her room wasn't child proof and wires were exposed and reachable to her toddler and infant. This happened within 20 minutes of my arrival. I registered a complaint with expedia, reserved a room at another hotel and left the Days Inn. A few days later I returned for a receipt. The manager refused to give me a receipt for the room I never stayed in. He unapologetic and walked away from me as I asked for the hotel policy.

Do not stay here - owner would not give me an extra towel, electrical outlets coming out of the walls, no hot water, moldy shower curtain, broken USB port, bowed ceiling tiles, very poorly maintained.
