Great property and very convenient location. The bathroom felt a little unclean. It may be due to the choice of tiles. Wish the hotel provided body soap as the small square soap worsened my Eczema.

We loved having a Din Tai Fung restaurant on the 2nd floor. We were able to enjoy food in our suite around 7:00 pm instead of reserving a table for dinner at 9:30pm

I loved that the room had a small kitchen. The room was clean and comfortable. However, I couldn't sleep from the street noise all night.

I really enjoyed my stay here! We stayed here for the anime convention and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again next time we come out!

Staff are very friendly and accommodating, location is close to most attractions in the DT area and plus great restaurants nearby.

Had 2 rooms. 1 had a very comfortable bed, the other not so much. Both had great views. Sitting areas varied widly. Parking had in and out priviledges but hard to access. Front desk staff either very friendly and helpful or ignored you completely. Disconcerting. Area was excellent.

Nice location and close to everything if you plan to stay in downtown area. The only thing that I didn't like about this hotel is their guest parking.

We got a room on 31st floor with a great view! They held or luggage before our room was available and after our checkout until it was time to go to the airport! Very accommodating!

Carmana Hotel & Suites was outstanding! Great central location allowed us to walk or take a short Uber everyone we wanted to go in Vancouver. When we walked in, we were amazed to find a lovely suite with a living room and separate full kitchen as well as a door out to a balcony, with another entire room with the king sized bed. Wow! Excellent!
