It was wonderful over all. Great breakfast! The night manager and the lady in charge of breakfast were amazing. I asked to buy a stamp from the morning manager and there she had a hard time finding them and found there was only one and just gave it to me. Lovely people overall.

Easy access to motorway but quiet. Good breakfast.

The elevator and hallways had a very strong odor. There was no plug to fill the bath and no grab bar in the shower. Front desk staff was wonderful during checkin.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and would stay here again. The staff was not overly friendly but was not rude either.

So I got $60 additional dollars per nite added to my bill because of my 2 little 10 lb dogs. I looked for pet friendly hotels. I figure fees are included - but they are not. Thanks Travelocity that is $240 I was not planning on spending.

There's a saying, you get what you pay for. That would be the best way to describe this hotel. It wasn't horrible but it's nothing extra. The shower is extremely narrow (and I'm not a big person) and no towel bars in the shower or in the bathroom at all, which is a little frustrating. Otherwise, it's an older hotel but it's ok for a 1 night stay.

Everything was great except they waited until check in and took our money before warning us that the pool and hot tub was not in service. The pool and hot tub was the whole reason I reserved the room before I had surgery.

Stayed here to be near Cabell Hospital. Very easy, short drive to there. Nice breakfast buffet. We left an item behind and returned much later in the day. They had saved it for us.

We booked 3 rooms for a major surgery myt sister was having picked this hotel because it had a hot tub and pool we could all relax in after a couple long days at the hospital. We were seriously disappointed at check in when we were told the pool and hot tub were closed for painting. A heads up would have been nice. They didnt even offer a discount for not having that available. Other than that the place was clean and the employees were wonderful! Then only downside came from a corporate level.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean. However, the "accessible" bathroom was ill designed. The seat was too low to be comfortable and was too far away from the controls to be usable. If I had been alone, it would have been unworkable. I want told the pool was closed for maintenance. It would have been nice to use.

Not sure if there are smoking rooms or if smoking used to be allowed but I noticed a smell when I entered the building and it seemed especially strong in my bathroom when the fan came on, like it was permanently in the ventilation. Needless to say my smelled like old cigarettes after my stay.

Pool and hot tub didn’t work

This is an older hotel, but the room and bathroom was clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.

Too expense for a small pet

My family and i stayed here for my daughter's 3rd birthday because she wanted to swim for her birthday. Very nice and comfortable rooms. Staff was also very nice. We will stay again.

I love how this was a pet friendly hotel and my dog was welcome! I also loved how quiet it was in the room because when you came out into the hallway you could people haven't a good time down the hall but in the room you couldn't hear a thing!!

Room was not thoroughly cleaned by staff from the last guest.
