clean and modern room. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Big breakfast with lots of options. Air conditioning and a great pool to cool off in! Parking available which is a HUGE deal when visiting Positano. superb view. Would def recommend staying here!

Treated us right and room was ample for 4 guest. There is a back entrance (stairs of course), but it’s a shorter route than what Google Maps originally showed us from the port. Porter from the port took our bags straight to the hotel (at a cost of $10 euros per bag). Well worth it; almost a necessity. Hotel staff was friendly and I would definitely go there again. Rooms smelled amazing.

This hotel is extremely dated, run down and in major need of refurbishment. The only thing remarkable was the view. Our rooms were absolutely disgusting. I have never seen a folding chair in a hotel room, a dirty futon, a side table that was 6” off the floor, broken shower handle you could cut your hand on… and so on. There was a cigarette burn on the counter, no coffee maker, and the hair dryer wasn’t even good enough to dry your nails! When I asked for a washcloth they told me, “we don’t provide those.” What?! Who brings their own washcloth to a hotel?! Breakfast buffet was subpar, and the head server was rude. The hallways are completely run down, so much so I almost tripped on the stairs because the carpet was torn. There mate too many other nice places to stay. I would never recommend this hotel.

Great view. Good value for the price. Some great restaurants easy walking distance and not hard to get there by taxi. It is high up so great views but a long walk down. Not for the mobility challenged.

Lovely hotel with amazing views of Positano. Pleasant walk paths with exceptional views to the center of town, the beach, and ferry services. Great staff! Breakfast included. Conveniently located at a bus stop which is a very practical means of getting back up the side of the mountain to the property. Good air conditioning and wifi. Parking available at some cost but is still convenient.

Updating hair dryers would be nice as the resort had limited hair dryers at front desk

Lovely views, great balcony spaces, and friendly staff who made our stay here effortless. Breakfast is worth the extra charge; it was the largest buffet selection we experienced on our trip. It was enjoyable to be higher up in the city as it was quieter. Would recommend walking uphill from the hotel to experience more local shops and grocery stores. To maintain your sanity, DO NOT walk yourself and your suitcase to the hotel. Pay the porters. Or, if you must, take the road, not the stairs.

Great view, nice pool, room was large and bed comfortable. The hotel is a bit maze like and it's confusing what hallways and elevators go where.

The view from the ocean view room is breathtaking! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the staff is friendly! Make sure to have an espresso and watch the sunrise

Couldn’t of asked for a better room especially because we were given an upgrade complimentary, breakfast was amazing loads of options everything was tasty and well presented, staff were amazing towards me and my partner very friendly and approachable

The property was very outdated and not properly maintained as well not so clean. Unfortunately, the room I was given had bedbugs, which completely ruined the end of my vacation. I only booked one night before flying home the next day, and I returned covered in bites all over my body. Overall, it was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

There was a big selection of breakfast items to choose from. Different varities of coffee and juice. Lunch and dinner was also really good. The staff were extremely helpful in getting us what we needed and made excellent choices of things to try and to do.

I am so happy I booked this room. After reading reviews, I was a bit hesitant, but this room was amazing! The hotel itself is a bit dated, but it was just perfect. I booked an internal view and we ended up getting upgraded to the MOST BEAUTIFUL balcony view facing the city and it was just perfect. The shower was great, everything was clean, and the free breakfast was great. The air conditioning worked great. The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing, but you’ll figure it out. We came in May 2026, so sadly the pool does not open until June. On our last morning, we were going to play tennis, but it rained the night before so we decided against it, as the courts were wet. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone and would definitely come back. Overall, this is not the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but you can’t beat the price and the views.

Property is old, but the basics are there. It’s a way from the ferry is not only 5 to 10 minutes as they say you have to walk from the ferry to the center and this is including stairs to get to the bus that will stop in front of the hotel. breakfast is very good. The stuff is very helpful. expect to be a lot if you want to visit the Amalfi coast..

Rooms were very outdated, and did not feel clean. The budget breakfast was not very good and choices were limited. Location was not great as well, far from most things. Staff was friendly but hotel was Far from great. Would not stay again.
