The hotel is quite charming, but my main issue was its overly familiar atmosphere. I chose this place primarily for the pool, yet it was nearly useless to me because only six sunbeds were available, and large families often occupied them. The environment was quite noisy due to children, which was understandable, but I had to wait until my last day to enjoy some relaxing hours there. The rooms are lovely, with a comfortable bed, though I was a bit taken aback by the amenities policy—my housekeeper tossed my soap after just one use. During check-out, I forgot to ask for my ID, which was required to use the pool towel, and I'm still waiting for it. Regarding breakfast, on the first weekend day, I was told service ran from 7 to 11 am. I didn't double-check, but on weekdays it's only until 10 am. This was disappointing, especially since I arrived 15 minutes before closing, and the food quality and quantity didn’t meet expectations. There wasn't any fruit, and when I asked if they would bring more, they said no. Also, the eggs and chilaquiles were like the leftovers—quite a letdown.

Very bad experience trying to book directly with the hotel. It took them 4 calls and 2 days to get me someone on email to start the process of my booking. If my trip depended on them to book me fast, accommodations would not be available for the days of my trip. Why I did that? Booking through the hotel you can get better prices than in online services. You can bet! but at this place they tell you to send an email, then nobody responds right away, the next day I followed up with a call, they said the person had not arrived to the Business yet. Then I followed up again later in the afternoon and not even reception or reservations answered like in 30 minutes. Next day they follow up with an email saying they can start assisting me with the reservation. By that time I had booked at Hyatt all in 1 call. Hyatt is further from the place I would be visiting but even when I paid more, I could avoid the frustration of dealing with them. Very bad experience for sure! Sorry!

The rooms are spacious, staff is very friendly and helpful in case of any needs. For sure, the hotel is not brand new, but fair maintained. Rooms are clean. Just the wifi is nerve wrecking bad inside the room. Pool and pool area are clean and nice designed. The view is beautiful, especially after sunset.

Rooms are very clean beds are real hard sink was leaking.shower floor was flooded.i ask for soft beds they said they where comfortable they are hard as a rock. No question room was clean location ok holiday inn charge 1,739 pesos and Quinta dorada 2700 pesos nothing compared to holiday inn.

Long time client, over 10 years. We stay here every time we come to Saltillo. It's a secure place to rest and relax on our trips in Mexico. This year was not good. Multiple rooms surrounding us were having a party. They were playing music, talking and walking around until 6 am. I barely slept at all, the night we stayed here. If y'all know there are rooms having a party, then don't put weary travelers looking to rest in the room next to them.
