Found a cockroach in bathroom

A murder of a child occurred when we were there, and the people checking in and out

It was okay until some employees were talking so loud and doing some drilling.

Very Nice staff! Clean, quiet and confortable.

Good stay, only thing that bothered me was that the remote was extremely sticky, with what i am assuming was because of a cleaner they used.

This hotel is amazing great price, great loaction, great breakfast, and great customer service

Property is conveniently located on El Camino Real, close to Target and a few restaurants. Hotel seems newly renovated.

Hotel had some construction in progress. However continued into the AM! Could hear heavy objects being moved around all night. Someone started hammering at 7am one morning. Bathroom didn't even have a toilet brush.Fridge was exceptionally noisy in the room. 2 days of something beeping in the hall ( low battery fire alm perhaps ). Did not get a good nights sleep entire stay. Won't be back.

They say location, location, location and it’s true. Dining and shopping are easily walkable, which we have done for every night (8 days) except when going to Koreatown for some Korean BBQ. The motel is currently going through minor renovations as of 12/11/2024. Overall the motel is pleasing to the eye, cleanliness and decor. The breakfast was great (revolving hot items such as 2 omelettes(cheese, egg whites w veggie, or cheese and ham), 2 types of sausages(turkey or pork) or bacon. There are the usual cold cereal of 3 choices and fruits (banana and orange). Lots of danish pastries. Hot oatmeal. There is a mini-frig with various items (yogurt, hard boiled eggs, small water bottles, and maybe some other things). The only negative is the sound. It is close to the airport, so gets loud when planes take off or land. You can hear TV playing or people walking upstairs. I would stay here again.

The property has been updated recently and is very nice. Staff at check in and check out were very helpful and welcoming.

Honestly pretty great hotel. It was quiet and clean, check in was really easy. The breakfast was well stocked and had a lot of options. My only complaint is that after getting off the elevator to my second floor room I still had to drag my suitcase up 12 stairs to get to my room.

Location was fine. Breakfast was great. Staff were helpful. Unfortunately the carpet in our room was filthy to the point that our feet were turning black so had to keep shoes and/or socks on. That was a definite negative. Bed was okay.

Very friendly staff. Location so-so. Newly remodeled so nice. Good for our stay.

Room was fine. Vending machine didn’t have water and there were no amenities. Hotel wants to sell you everything, including soap and water.
