Gorgeous, super clean, accommodating, convenient, pools were great, rooms were spacious & super nice!! Absolutely loved our stay!! I could go on and on!! Only negative thing…Pepsi products, not Coca Cola

Restaurants were closed. Forced to eat sub par food that was overpriced.

Great for a Staycation for a family with kids.

Truely amazing service! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The resort has everything you could possibly need. The food was amazing as well as the pool and waterpark. One of my favorite places to stay.

This Hotel has changed so much since we last stayed here ! The villa de flora restaurant is hardly open and my kids came to eat Father’s Day breakfast with me . The hotel refused to validate parking ! So 38 dollars to self park and 50 to valet park ! Will not be recommending this hotel to others .

Lovely property within small uber or share ride distance to all the Disney parks. Early enough in the season to not be overwhelmed with crowds but no enforced quiet times and atrium facing rooms get the full blast of kids wheeling around and screaming until 2 a.m. it’s a resort so be prepared to pay a premium for everything. Lots of cheaper delivery options but no delivery to rooms. Pool area clean with good spaces for adults and kids. If you’re not aware of Florida water bring plenty of bottled water, even for brushing teeth.
