Horrible

Si no quieres que tus vacaciones se tornen horribles, no uses este hotel, cometieron un error al hacer el checkin in de 5 cuartos, un muy mal rato, el staff no es amigable, ni amable, no te tratan bien, están haciéndote pasar un mal rato y son muy groseros, cuando por fin nos entregaron los cuartos en dos de ellos no servía el aire acondicionado, a uno de ellos. Cambiaron la unidad de aire acondicionado y hacía un ruido espantoso no pudimos dormir, tuvimos que esperar hasta el día siguiente después de las 3 de la tarde para tener otro cuarto, en otro de los cuartos donde estaba asignado mi hermano le pudieron cambiar el cuarto hasta la 1 de la madrugadaaaa, fue horrible, ya habíamos usado Las Torres Gemelas anteriormente pero esta fue la última vez, no echen a perder sus vacaciones, no usen este hotel.

The people at this place are so full of BS. They gave me a room with the doorknob mest up. When I asked for a different room. They said every room was the same. So I checked the other doors and no they were not all the same. And they just kept lying and lying. Definitely would not stay here again. If you like safety, do not stay here.

Definitivamente fue una buena experiencia, lo único mal fue la limpieza, se pidió que la realizarán dos días, el primer día ni parece que la hicieron, la segunda recamarista la dejo perfecta, y lo segundo malo , fue que no había televisión por cable . De lo demás estoy satisfecha

the room was in good condition, the staff is courteous and the place is clean, unfortunately very old and not well maintained place

For a person that loves Acapulco this was our first time staying at this hotel definitely could do better in the cleanliness of the rooms especially by removing mold from the restroom walls. Overall, it was a nice day at this hotel.

Very old !!!! The towels where dirty or old the sheets too it look very old

The check-in process was straightforward, and the room was comfortable. The air conditioning system functioned throughout the stay. The views were breathtaking, and the staff was highly responsive.

Very good service, only 2 TV channels work, facilities are average, elevators are very busy

el personal del lobby ..no se ponen de acuerdo con las reglas del hotel.cada quien ponen sus reglas..siempte hiba cada año.pero esta es la ultima bez que voy

The property had a great view of the ocean. Other than that, it was horrible. Room was dirty, bathroom was filthy. They gave you only 2 towels for the shower and the were really small where 1 person needed both to dry up. No hot water. Power went out every other day. Remote for tv and AC had to be returned personally to front desk or you'll get charged for them. No iron in room. When askef for one, was told I would also be charged for iron unless returned personally to front desk before checkout. Site said free breakfast was not true. No free breakfast, they sold you breakfast. I understood it wasn't a expensive hotel, but 3 stars should not be the rating. 2 at best. 1.5 more likely. Only use of money is a issue and you only plan on sleeping there. Would not recommend for any family and anyone not familiar with area. Room was not comforting and staff was not friendly. Staff Looked annoyed if you asked for anything like more towels or the iron that wasn't in room.

Unfortunately we got room 1008N with no hot water maintenance was called 3 times they finally came didn’t do anything but just checked and said they will be back never heard back from anyone my kids got sick was not able to shower with hot water also they have a cover in the ceiling that looks as if someone is watching you the cover kept on opening with no wind at all in the room since my kids were sick we didn’t use the air conditioner didn’t open the balcony doors since hot air was only coming in, terrible room if you can refuse it do it don’t recommend at all scary situation feeling someone is watching and they don’t help you or assist you

We enjoyed our stay at Las torres gemelas. The site is still in construction but it didn't bother our stay.
