First room air do was not working moved to next room air was still not great. Bathrooms a little old and dated. Commode was regular and low. Staff was great! Lobby nice.

Clean, great stay breakfast was amazing.

This is our go to place when travelling to CO or doing research at Tech. Some of the rooms are getting a little tired - carpet wrinkled, missing coffee table, outlets that don't work, etc. Still a great value.

We like the area and the surrounding

We had a pleasant stay and will be staying again everytime we go to Lubbock.

Good stay

This is the best Embassy Suites I have stayed at, and I have stayed at many. The manager's reception was outstanding… authentic glasses and generous drinks. Breakfast was terrific as well. I'm just sorry that we were unable to stay longer!

Loved the atrium and breakfast service areas.

This is a great hotel chain and the hotel itself is a gem, but this place is obviously not managed well. This place deserves to be better maintained, and staff better trained

Great breakfasts

We enjoyed our stay. The property was a bit outdated but, everything worked. The breakfast each morning was fantastic.

AC WAS NOT WORKING EXTREMELY HOT AND ASKED FRONT DESK AND WAS TOLD NO FAN SO I HAD TO GO TO WALMART AND BUY SOME SO UNCOMFORTABLE

The room was extremely hot called front desk to get maintenance to check it out and had to wait till 6am the next day so I asked if we could get some box fans but couldn’t sleep all night with the room being extremely HOT then he came in and he basically told us the AC Was working just for us to keep windows blinds close and nothing else he could do

The room I’m in you can hear the noise from the AC unit. The tub is nasty. I will never stay here again.

The property was very dark inside including the rooms. It didn't look like it had ever been updated. Our room needed painting and the furniture looked very old and scuffed up. I have been to other Embassy Suites and they were very nice. Not what I expected from an Embassy Suites.

Clean and staff is friendly.

The property is definitely showing its age. The food in the restaurant was typical bar food.

Staff was great but room was not clean bathroom had hair all over toilet and bathtub, crumbs in the bed like the sheets weren't changed , and room smelled horrible.
