Great hotel in a great location. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

The hotel is small and recently renovated. The staff is very helpful! As advertised, many of the feature in the room are high tech, so if that isn’t of interest to you, prepare for a learning experience. The beds are very comfortable and the location is nerdy close to Victoria station.

The hotel was really good. The service was really good and the concierge were very helpful. The food service from the bar is very limited, but was good. It takes a little getting used to all the new electronics in the room and how to work everything. Some negatives were Almost no counter space in the bathroom and no electric plug-ins in the bathroom. We had to plug our electric toothbrush in the sleeping area. If you have a chance, let them open the gate so you can sit in the park. It’s a private park and it’s beautiful or spending a couple hours reading or just relaxing.

Fantastic staff. Very clean. The rooms are small but that is an acceptable trade off for the location, service and cleanliness. I will definitely stay again.

I love this property and have stayed here a number of times. Beautiful, calm and well appointed. The staff are kind and extremely obliging.

Tiny room, “fancy” light switches were challenging to operate, room-darkening curtain controls didn’t work well, no washcloths were provided or available upon request - if you’re an American used to bathing with one, bring your own, meager continental breakfast was ~$20/person - too much considering the room was already over $300/ night.

Really nice hotel in a nice area, close to Victoria. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and hotel clean. Room very nice and good features, albeit a little on the small side. Would certainly stay again.

Lovely staff and well spec’d room

Had a heat wave and no AC. Got to 26° C in the room and they moved us our second day. There were multiple rooms that had the same issue. Maybe next time we won't be in Lomdon during a heat wave. Incredible property overall.

Great location, lovely staff. Very comfy bed and great shower. Would have been nice to have kettle as well as coffee maker in our room (boiling water available in reception) and ceramic cups instead of paper. Great location for us as ten minutes walk to theatre, Battersea power station, underground and restaurants.

The property was great, hot water was a scarce commodity in the early mornings. Overall the property is fantastic.

The location was perfect for visiting London. Very close to Victoria underground, which gets you anywhere you need to go. Lots of sights are within walking distance. Staff was very friendly. Great selection of pubs close by for a pint and delicious bite to eat.

Upon arrival the front of house was very welcoming every member of staff I interacted with. The hotel is cashless which I don’t think was advertised enough as I was paying cash and ended up having to source another payment method. I stayed in the king size room, I knew the rooms where small but honestly didn’t think of the practicality of it for 2 people, nowhere for the suitcases or even to put the extra blankets or pillows, we even struggled putting up the ironing board let alone walking around nowhere could pass 2 people in one area. The rooms were hot even though the air con was on max which resulted in frustration and broken sleep. The rooms were very clean just not practical, great location nice and quiet and 5/10 mins walk to Victoria Station.
