Excellent resort. Very clean.

We had a very nice experience in Royal Sands Cancun.

I liked the pools and ocean I hated all the stairs and no where else to go

Food was horrible! stay was ok

I really liked that the place is so well maintained. The pools were great, and it's easy to find your way around.

Hotel is great but short staffed. The staff is really nice and they were moving as fast as they could. Long lines for check in and out, long waiting time to get food from the sports bar. Few servers at the beach for a lot of people. Elevators are shared with service so sometimes the whole elevator is taken by the working carts

There needs to be lot more vegetarian food. I was really disappointed with food pretty much everything has either pork,beef or chicken. I mean at least have black beans without pork. We just ended up eating veggie tacos and pizza all 6 days of our stay.

Loved the two room suite. It was perfect for our family of 5. The resort was the perfect size for us, not too big. The two pools were nice, one was quiet seemed like a lot of older guests stay there so if you are looking for a party, this is not the place. Pool bar closes around 5:30. Service was good. Food was just OK. Not impressed with the choices and there are a lot of things with an up charge outside the AI package. My only complaint is the beach is unswimable which is what we came for. Water was full of seaweed and currents were too rough and lifeguards would not let anyone go in. Because of this, we will probably look for another location where our kids can actually enjoy the ocean.

I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property was. The grounds were beautiful, and everything from the rooms to the common areas was spotless and clearly cared for. However, the service did not quite meet my expectations. On several occasions, I had to wait a considerable amount of time just to get a drink or a meal, which was disappointing. Additionally, the resort felt limited in terms of dining options and entertainment. The entertainment required advance reservations, which I found inconvenient, especially since many shows were already fully booked by the time i called. I won’t be staying again!

Great location, really enjoyed all the pools and jacuzzis with a beach view. Oceanfront room was very spacious.

Friendly staff, good food, very clean, good wait staff family friendly atmosphere. Love the dining option in the evening such as Sisal and Club Bistro. Need more entertainment in the Sports Bar like live music and more entertainment during the day like more contest. Need more pool floats for guests and Upgrade bed spreads

The rug between the beds was dirty and I didn’t want to walk on it.

The pool and view and access to the beach stunning loved this Hotel would definitely stay here again!!
