We had a good experience, staying for 4 nights, and all the front desk staff were professional and friendly.

It was great!

Clean hotel, nice staff. Was a full capacity but zero problems with noise. Easy to get to off of exit and affordable.

Walls were very thin. Bathroom was dirty.

Breakfast was good. Front desk friendly. Booked this hotel strictly for the hot tub. Pool closes at 9pm. Got there at 8. Slowly sunk into the hot tub and then was told to get out because they needed to do maintenance. There was only 1 hour left! But they could not wait! I read after check in yesterday that 1 of the pools was closing Sunday for maintenance. Will not return to Holiday Inn.

Our refrigerator had the last guests lunch in it. I didn't like the long black hairs mixed in my sheets. Desk worker was not happy and did not explain what room # I was in or when/where the breakfast was.

We get to hotel and one of clerks had the whole area was smelling like cigarettes because she’s smoking right by the door. Then elevator wasn’t working properly. Room had one towel in room for three people. Had to wait on linen because it was not stocked. When we were leaving the police are all in the hotel. Smoker there still making place stink. My kids are allergic cigarette smoke. Never will we return.

This Holiday Inn Express greatly exceeded my expectations. It is conveniently located near shopping & restaurants. The hotel was recently renovated. The coffee machines in the lobby make freshly ground, delicious coffee. The standard room I was staying in had an awesome energy. The lighting & the sound-proofed walls made for a tranquil night. The king-size pillows & mattress were out of this world comfy!!!! Normally, when I wake up, I don't like laying around, but I didn't want to get out of this bed! The only thing that was missing was a bathtub. The overall atmosphere was perfect for a nice, hot soak.

very hard to get out of in 6 lanes of traffic. the pool was very cloudy and no cinna rolls. everything else was amazing , clean , and outsatnding. will be back!!! 20mins from the osu stadium

Very big rooms,

Room was spacious, coffee maker great. Beds comfy . Sufficient toiletries . Convenient location. Continental Breakfast was more than I expected and variety. Only complaint was pool and hot tub were cloudy 2 days I was there and towels were lacking in the pool area needing restocked. Staff friendly.
