Great location

Great room and location

Good place. Great location and accessibility. Have stayed here several times. Only two issues: the air conditioning was very loud at times, and the shower layout was not well thought out.

My stay at The Quin was satisfactory overall. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated. However, I had to be moved to a different room upon check-in, as the original room had not been properly cleaned. Additionally, one of the elevators was not functioning reliably during my stay. While the location is very convenient to my office, I felt the hotel did not fully live up to its reputation and seems somewhat overrated.

See above Initially they made the reservation on Expedia for the wrong night and we had a lot of trouble getting through to someone who could help us get it changed without forfeiting one night payment. It was very frustrating. Eventually it was resolved.

Close to everything we wanted to experience! Will be back soon!!!

Always very happy at The Quin, everyone very friendly and helpful. Location is great! Room is spacious and clean, my only request are the pillows - i wish they would change it, it’s too soft!

Great location

Our stay was just great. Such a nice location. The service was really nice and accomodating.

Only missing aspect is having a restaurant or a coffee shop

Elevators did not work for the most part of my stay. Staff were helping guests but it was 4 days where it took a while to get into and out of the rooms

We can here on business but wanted time in between and this was the perfect hotel for it. It's walking distance from Central Park and so close to several restaurants. There's also a subway station right outside and is also about a 10 minute walk to notable places like the Rockefeller Center. The staff is very good and the rooms are comfortable. Also? There are restaurants that give you a discount for staying at this hotel.

THE ROOMS ARE VERY NICE, HAVE A NESPRESSO MACHINE AND PODS TO START YOUR DAY. THE BATHROOM IS LARGE. STAYED IN OCTOBER, THIS TIME MADE SURE TO STAY THERE AGAIN.
