Had to change rooms twice the 1st night alone because the toilet got clogged in the 1st room (which couldn't be fixed cause it was "after hours"), then in the 2nd room the kitchen faucet wouldn't turn off. In both rooms there was also the same problem w/ dirty water coming from the bathroom faucets. The 3rd time was the charm at least & there were no issues w/ that. The place could desperately use an update in terms of physical internet infrastructure too as in USB ports to put stuff into. The parking lot also needs resurfacing. Furthermore, they let a $-grubbing cult use their meeting room which left me very unhappy.

Account for an additional $12 for parking on hotel owned grounds.

Great location, we could walk to some great museums, markets,and entertainment The room was clean and comfortable but the mattress was terrible. Hard and lumpy.

Nice clean, comfortable hotel in the center of downtown near all of the tourist attractions. Parking was on-site, in a garage. So glad we found rhis hotel.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. We were acknowledged right away and whenever we had questions an answer was given or found.

The room backed onto the parking alley. Although we were third floor, the noise from the alley came through like nothing. There was a lot of people hanging out in alley and tire screeching that should have been stopped. The rooms and hallways were ridiculously HOT!!

Good hotel, clean rooms, quiet. In a busy part of the city.

Location was within minutes by car everywhere so very convenient. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was different every morning. Rooms clean and large.

The mattress was horrible being all springs, could feel every spring in the mattress while laying on it. The shower head leaked going all over the bathroom floor making the shower head have less pressure. Ice machine broken on the level with just a piece of paper on it, had to go up to a different level just to get ice. 2 night stay and didn't get fixed. Parking was horrible and good thing had a smaller car, have to pay $12 per night plus tax and there's not even close to being enough parking for the building occupancy and no where else to park near by.

Booked hotel close to see concert. Hotels pool is closed permanently, charged $12 a night extra a night for parking, no cable TV, only apps to stream anything from your own account. Breakfast was the same sausages, eggs and hash browns that all the other hotels have. Limited parking for trucks or larger suvs. Perfect if you have a small car. We won’t be staying there again (no pool for kids)
