A wonderful family run hotel with authentic charm and simplicity. Very elegant ,quirky and convenient.

Staff were friendly. Great spa facilities. Room is on the smaller side than it appears in photos but nice big bathroom

We loved our room! It was super cute! The staff were amazing and very helpful! Drawbacks-this is not something the hotel can do anything about. We were on the first floor right outside the front door. Our room was warm and the ac was not keeping up so we opened the windows. People would stand right outside our windows and smoke which means all the smoke came in our room. The train outside is also really loud and runs every 5-7 minutes from 5:30 am- midnight. Loved our stay...would stay again!

Room (Classic Double Room) shall be 15m2 BUT is devided into Duplex and is really small. Very complicated access from bathroom at upper floor down to bedroom via very Narrow staircase. You feel Downstars like in the cave. Definitely NOT WORTH VALUE FOR THE MONEY. Quite good basic breakfast.

Our room smelled like smoke. Be sure to ask for a non-smoking room

A wonderful hotel. The staff at the front desk was warm, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded upon arrival to a suite with a loft. The room and the furnishings were lovely, spacious and comfortable. The only negative was that the hallways are quite dark. otherwise a great stay. I’d definitely stay again.

Pleasant, relaxing, welcoming and comfortable hotel in Brussels. Have stayed there several times and it rarely disappoints. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds. I look forward to the breakfasts in a unique glass-roofed room with a generous variety of food to choose from. I'd recommend the Manos Premier and would stay there again.

It was ok, breakfast was fairly average.good bed. Nice decor. Location ok. Close to the city

Location is great. Far away from the tourist area but close enough to everything. Rooms are a bit small. Gym was a bit disappointing, could and dark. Rest wall more than done.

For a 5 star hotel I would have expected a bigger room, and an elevator. all the rest was old or very good.

Impeccably clean hotel - restaurant staff at breakfast were excellent (friendly / remembered aspects of your order) Reception staff could be more approachable however. Each room has a different design, which is a nice touch.

Great stay at this hotel in Brussels. I was here on a business trip and had everything that I needed. If you need a great place to stay, I highly recommend!

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast and meals. Each room seems to be a bit different. Has an old charm to it but could do with a bit of updating to the decor in the rooms.

Gracious hotel in a pleasant location. Although not close by to many shops, it is a 10-15 minute walk to the Louise shopping area. A few restaurants and bars are near. Staff are pleasant, helpful. Guest rooms that I stayed in are old-style tasteful with modern touches. Comfortable beds and amenities add to the welcome. Breakfast offers varied options but is slightly pricey; drop it five euros and it would be excellent. The garden is a pleasant extra. It is a green hotel, too. I recommend it.

The Hotel looks very unimposing from the outside on a tight urban Brussels street - but has an atrium dining room and very pleasant back yard. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food at the hotel restaurant was excellent and the dessert was wonderful. The room was clean and pleasant with a good bathroom. The only negative was the honor bar refrigerator did not work and was not replaced as promised. Overall, I highly recommend the Hotel Manos Premier and would stay there again.
