Had a great stay here on two separate occasions on our road trip! Wish the room service menu was bigger and had kid options but other than that everything was great - would definitely stay again.

Dinner at Zebu Restaurant was enjoyable, with good food and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the experience at the morning buffet was let down slightly by staff who seemed somewhat disengaged. Similarly, the check-in process lacked the warm hospitality you’d typically expect — it felt more transactional, as if the hotel was doing guests a favour rather than offering a welcoming service.

Great area

Clean and modern accommodation. When staying there parking should be included in the cost, its disappointing to find out there is extra cost for parking after making the booking. If parking was included i would give 5 stars.

The rooms are so amazing both in size and elegance. My kids love the pools. We got breakfast and it's small but good for the two days we were there. Plenty of amazing food options around and within walkable distance. Would definitely come again on our next road trip.

Great location

Thai is our second time staying at Rydges Port Macquarie and we liked the renovated rooms. However we were again disappointed with our outlook being the lane with bins and it woke our whole family up at 6am when they started to wheel them and the noise was loud and unpleasant. Not what you want on a holiday!

Travelling up and down the coast with a newborn, this was a nice location with great clean facilities. Staff were wonderful.

The people at front desk were not happy campers at check in.

Easy check-in, great location, friendly staff and amazing room with a view. Very happy with our overnight visit!
