Nice property. Decent room, but pay attention to room choice. My room, a suite, only had one small window overlooking the river. Some of the staff members are fantastic and others not. While marketed as a 5 star hotel, it is a mid 4 star hotel. While it has parking, it can only accommodate a few cars and street parking is rough. I had some day trips to do so parking for a rental was important. Otherwise I would have stayed in town center.

We had an excellent stay. All the staff was amazing. Special mention for Lorenzo at the front desk!

Good hospitality, comfortable, and friendly.

I was excited to stay here for my birthday. I was disappointed the room we got with the jetted tub only had hot water and seem to have some issues. The river view was nice but had construction as my view. We had so many mosquitoes in our room, I left with several bites. There more bugs in the pool area so that also limited our time there. Additionally the staff was hit and miss. The bartender was not friendly and poor customer service. And the front desk, Lorenzo was extremely rude, dismissive and acted as he could not be bothered to answer questions or provide support. Not a place that felt hospitable. The indoor pool I looked forward to was only limited to one hour a day per day. And you had to reserve a time. Not worth the money to stay here.

Very clean and nice property. We mostly wanted to have good sleep at this point in our trip, and the hotel delivered with good blackout curtains and a quiet environment. It is too far to walk to the town center however so you must be prepared to either coordinate your itinerary with the hotel shuttle, or take cabs

The room was great, and had a great view of the river and a nice balcony. Spa area was nice. Pretty far from the main tourist attractions thoufh.

We booked a suite for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed! The room was phenomenal, the spa was the ultimate way to relax after a day walking the streets of Florence, and the food was sublime. You will not regret your stay!

We had an amazing day at this hotel. I came for my birthday and they ended up surprising me the day of my birthday birthday with a tiramisu Dessert with a lit candle, They were very attentive, very kind, and it was overall one of the best experience I’ve ever had!

Charming hotel with excellent staff and service, plus a great restaurant for evening meals. The only small downside is that it is a couple of kms from the main tourist zone, but that is a short walk and they have frequent minibus transfers for guests

We loved our stay at Ville sull'Arno as part of our honeymoon. The room was spacious and clean, and we had a great patio view of the river! The breakfast options were great, and the restaurant was also fantastic. The location was quiet and picturesque, while still only a 10-minute taxi ride to the city-center. However, one extremely disappointing staff interaction upon our arrival brings the score down to 4 stars, in what otherwise would easily have been a 5-star experience. We also gave 4 stars for the location only because some individuals may not enjoy the more secluded location that is a bit farther away from the "hub" of Florence. However, we very much enjoyed being in a quiet area, which was only a 10 minute taxi ride from the center of Florence. The staff was great during our actual stay, though we put 3 stars because there was extreme inflexibility with our hotel-arranged driver from the Florence airport. When we arrived in Florence, we realized that one of our checked bags of luggage had been left behind by the airline in Amsterdam. We called the hotel to see if they could push-back the driver's time about 1.5 hours to 2 hours to enable us to sort through the lost and found process with our airline and file our missing baggage claim with the airport staff, but the hotel was unwilling/unable to do so. This resulted in us being charged 75 Euros for a "no show" fee for the driver. The lack of flexibility our empathy for our situation was extremely disappointing.

Beautiful place authentic Tuscanian decor. Staff very helpful and pleasant 24/7 always ready to assist. Rooms big enough village type with nice bathroom size. Only thing had to walk 20sh minutes but safe no problem. Definitely awesome for place.

Friendly staff and the hotel was very clean. Made an error in the previous review regarding the VIP. I misunderstood what the status meant. Qverall, my stay was relaxing and comfortable.

Was an easy cab ride to Duomo area of Florence. We liked the pool area for late afternoon rest before dinner back in the center of town. If it was not 95 degrees we would have rode bikes in they give you for free.. Cab ride was 14 dollars with was pricey. Rooms were top of the line!!! One of the best rooms in all of our trip over 3 weeks in ITALY.

Nice hotel, clean very well kept with friendly staff. Breakfast and restaurant very good. A great choice to stay while visiting Florence!
