Great hotel and the staff was exceptional. Very spacious rooms and you can’t beat the location.

Lovely room and facilities. The area is a bit non-descript, but it's very convenient for the sration, as well as the cathedral and Ludwig museum.

I have been staying at Hotel Santo for the past 2 years for business and pleasure. Staff are excellent and hotel is wonderful will not stay anywhere else.

Fine overall. Good breakfast. Rubbish first impression to get in the room and there’s bottle of water right next to the bed… and a price tag on it. Best check they’re not going to charge me for shower water or provision of clean air.

Easy walking from station and sights of Köln. Also v convenient for shopping and cafe, bars and restaurants. Close to the river Rhein.

The hotel is in a good condition and not far from the main train station. The service of the receptionist was amiable!

A well located hotel just a 10 minute walk from the main train station. My single room was very small but comfortable despite a slightly noisy air conditioning system. Reception staff were very friendly. Good breakfast.

Outstanding continental breakfast included. Value of everything was great for reasonable price. Close to outstanding dining and activities. Underground parking, and many things within walking range.

Very nice room, good desk for working at a laptop, very helpful staff. I'll come back. Only 4 stars because heating in bathroom did not get warm, but it was warm enough, probably it was turned off.
