Esta bien para un descanso, buen aislamiento acústico asi qué no melesta el ruido de otro as habitaciones o del pasillo, se podría mejorar la limpieza.

My experience with the hotel, it told them 3 days to come to the room to fix the TV that was nothing working, I told them everyday and it was the same thing and it was finely fix the last 2 days. Then when he check in the first night, there was quick a bit of water on the floor of the restroom

La estancia fue agradable y me gustó que hubiera opción de buffet. Sin embargo, considero que le falta mantenimiento al hotel porque las habitaciones lucen un poco desgastadas

I could see that this is an extremely too old hotel, that now is not safe to stay. Soy conosedora de hoteleria a nivel mundial pero mis experiencias solo las plasmo en mis expeiencias en la hoteleria Jalicience como tal reconosco que este hotel fue muy util, precioso y elegante hace 40 años para tras. Y que hoy en dia este lugar no es saludable, ni seguro ya que necesita estremadamente demasiado mantenimiendo!!! Porfavor por bien de los clientes alguien deve de tomar en cuenta mi opinion. Entiende que esto sera muy costoso pero pueden enpesar de piso en piso como el hotel Plaza Diana, hotel Fiesta Americana, hotel Presidente Intercontinental, etc. etc.

Pictures on website are nothing like the rooms. The rooms are old and worn down. Restrooms look dirty because they are old.

Not far from center but if it's a hot day go somewhere else. a/c didn't work in both rooms i got and I was promised maintenance was going to check yet no one arrives. 98 degrees was not fun

Very old hotel that is poorly maintained. Unsafe and busy neighborhood near downtown. Better properties nearby to choose from

This hotel had no water and when water came it was all dirty and black, so disguisting. Our room had no AC as it was not working. Two days with no AC in a hot room was not fun. Elevators are to slow for a 20th floor hotel plus only one elevator wS working. I would nlt recomend this hotel, terrible stay 😒😒 this hotel should not be in bussiness. I would like my money refunded.

Good shower No refrigerator or ice and no safe box. Staff was nice but had a hard time finding my reservation.

You pay what you get.. I felt safe.. OK place to stay
