Nice and clean

Room was in rough shape. Carpet torn and wet in areas. Chair torn up. Room smelled like smoke despite being a non-smoking area. Area seemed unsafe, but did have several stores and restaurants within a short walking distance. We chose this hotel based on location and price, but would not return here.

I was near Otterbein Collage. Good There were bugs in the bathroom. The refrigerator had defrosted and leaked into the carpet. Bad The air conditioner worked great on a 91 degree day. Good

People apparently lived at the property and were impoverished. The smell of marijuana pervaded the atmosphere. The breakfast consisted of brownies, Frosted Flakes, bad coffee and orange juice. There were no healthy choices for the “complimentary” breakfast.

I never stayed here and they’re charging me 200$

Cheap, yes, but also dirty. Stains in carpet, smelt +++ like cigarettes. A roach was found in the room, pealing wallpaper ect. Wouldn’t stay again, not worth the price for the dirtiness. Ton of long-term tenants that live in the hotel. Felt safe in the parking lot area though!

The check in went pretty smoothly and the lady who checked up in was very sweet! We got our keys and the hotel is not connected to the front desk. There were "crack heads" hanging around the hotel doors. The room was clean and pretty decently sized. Once you check in the front desk is non existent. I tried calling and no answer. No restaurants around. Definitely will not be returning. It looks absolutely nothing like the pictures!

Property was ok. A bit outdated but about what I expected for the $. Now due to circumstances beyond my control I had to end my stay 1 day short and the man who I checked out with at the front desk, he must obviously be an owner operator who was very upset at my leaving, but was rude as he could be without spitting on me. Will def not be staying here again nor reccomending. P.S. Where is my refund that you said I would be getting. I was willing to accept the loss but your rudeness in person and on the phone later has changed my mind. I am half tempted to give you all 1 star reviews. Be grateful not hateful I even stayed there.

A very old run down exterior carpark and hallways. However, the room was clean & tidy with nice comfortable beds & pillows. Bathroom was old but practical & clean with nice fluffy towels. Double glazed window & thick walls made for a sound sleep & the aircon worked without any noise. However, the carpet had seen better days & I only walked on it with shoes or socks. Breakfast was included with juice, cereal, muffins, waffles & toast available. A run down area but safe with a Waffle House at the front so very convenient for food. Great stay for the price.

Clean, safe, quiet, and affordable!

We definitely got what we paid for. The ceiling was damaged, the toliet was chipped, the water pressure was not great. There were people drinking alcohol in the parking lot and when you walked into the building it smelt like pot. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

You get what you get for the price. The pictures are VERY deceiving. There is no front desk. The picture is a lie. You check in and out from a little window and you can tell from looking through the window that the place is falling apart. It definitely has some sketchy vibes too. The hotel is located right behind a Waffle House and just about everything else around it is abandoned. The room we got was God awful. Outside of having cockroaches and bed beds, it’s about as bad as you can get. The carpet hasn’t been changed in about 45 years, it was coming up right at the front entrance of the room and as you were going into the bathroom. The pictures they display make it look like you’ll get hardwood floors or newer carpet. That is also a lie. They might have three rooms that look like that, but our room was horribly outdated. They have a drop down ceiling in the room that has wholes all through it and you can tell it’s barely holding on for dear life. And the smell. My god. It was so musty and moldy. The TV remote barely worked and there are signs everywhere asking you to reuse your towels so they can conserve water. It would not surprise me one bit if they leave the towels that are still folded for the next person that stays in the room so they can “conserve water”. Do yourself a favor. Unless you’re in a pinch and need a place to stay, spend the extra $50 and stay somewhere else.

Extremely friendly staff. Continental breakfast was coffee, juice, two types of cereal, chocolate chip and blueberry muffins and frozen waffles. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was very central to the impressive amount of breweries columbus has to offer. Would book again
