Only main/open area of room appeared to be vacuumed. Electric Cord on night tables would not work. Handicapped parking stall on very uneven ground. No reception in place at peak time, people should not have to call a number to check in. They are coming to your facility to rest and relax, not wait until it is convenient for the employees.

The hot tub wasn’t working

The bathroom tub does not drain very well. The shower gets the water everywhere. Breakfast was good. The staff was good.

Worst hotel breakfast I've ever seen. You see one of those pancake machines in the pictures and you think "okay, normal hotel hot breakfast" but no sausage, bacon, eggs, potatoes, frozen Burritos, nothing. First day there was no peanut butter, jam or syrup. They're changing hotel chains but both signs are still up in places, there's open boxes and detritus about, ceiling tiles missing. Shower was nice, bed was okay. Good internet and the chromecast on the tvs was a nice touch

Room stunk like mildew and mold. AC didn’t work, while looking at it found mold all over the AC unit and filthy. Very gross hotel. Staff looked to not care either, place was run down and not pleasant

This was a Super 8 that is now converting to a Best Western. The staff was great, but the facility is not yet at Best Western standards. I would not stay here again until the operating standards are raised to the new higher BW rates.

Few choices on breakfast

Bath tub was extremely slippery with no bath mat.

The room smelled like chemical cleaning agents . The breakfast was simple.

Simple but very clean room and facilities. Great coffee at Breakfast. Hot tub was closed unfortunately during our stay... which was a bummer because it's an important aspect of our apres-ski routine

its a budget hotel and it serves the purpose. rooms were clean and staff was helpful.

I arrived a day late to this property only to be told that my reservation was cancelled even though I paid for two nights.I was informed by the manager that it is policy to cancel reservation if you don't turn up on the first night. I was then informed if I wanted to book a room for the night arrived, I would need to pay for it even though they were already paid for two nights accommodation. Management were not helpful at all; not recommended.

Solid spot for a quick overnight rest. Good value.

Front attendants were rude and talking to each other over something on their cell phone, ignoring the guests as they were trying to check in.

Emails and texts are driving me crazy - too many!!! Disappointing breakfast and bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been

i was allowed to check in very early which worked out great with my plans. the room was good, staff fine but the breakfast was a little scant with not a whole lot of selection. i would stay again though as the cost very affordable.

Staff were amazing. The breakfast sucked. We picked this hotel because in the pictures it was a hot breakfast. You guys should serve a proper Super 8 breakfast like Calgary or Edmonton.
