It was okay got a upgraded room but it smelled really bad

For a motel 6 my expectations were really low but it served us well. The bed was comfortable (pillows maybe worn down but mattress was good). The room was spacious and everything worked.

I asked to store my bags at check in and was told "we don't really do that" (which I could not believe) but then said he would. He put them just behind the counter. No claim ticket but he didn't get my name or res number etc. and said he'd move my bags to a safe area. When I came back hours later there was a different guy and my bags hadn't moved. Anyone could have come by and said "can I get my bags" and taken them. He must have been new so that is ok but someone should have told him that. Very scarce toiletries: two small soaps, toilet paper, Kleenex. Safe was locked and I couldnt be bothered to call the desk, fridge was off and warm. Bed was comfy but pillows not comfy. Clock radio had a frayed wire and made a crackling sound so I had to unplug it. Bathroom however was very nice. Looked like it was redone recently. The guy at check out was very nice and had no problems taking me to the storage locker where my bags should have been kept on my check in day. Pool area was accessible by anyone as no cardkey needes to get in which is not great. Weather was too cold for me to test pool out but it looked nice. Wish there was a hot tub though. For a decent price in a safe location it's a good choice but it's a budget hotel so don't expect perfection. There is a gas station, 7-11 and 24 hour Denny's nearby. About a 15 minute walk to lots of non-chain restaurants and take-out places, a Von's grocery store, coffee shops (check out Rosebud's) and a real bitchen store called MeowMeowz!

Amazing! I will definitely recommend, I believe vending machine in the checking office is not working, but a sweet lady offered me a water in the middle of tonight!

Was easy to get to and probably the nicest motel 6 I’ve stayed at in decades. Had my reservations from my last experience but it had great reviews and now I know why. What I didn’t know about was that there was coffee in the lobby till 10 a.m. I would’ve grabbed a cup had I known. Why not keep it available till check out?

Affordable. Easy parking. Easy walk to food and convenience stores. Spacious room - super clean. Hidden gem. We're in Pasadena once a year and this will be our new go-to.

There were no towels in our room upon check in and no maid service during the two nights stay. The sink had a drainage issue, which resulted in a musty stale smell in the room. Staff at the desk were very friendly and responsive.

It was just ok the bed was uncomfortable not a queen as described. No shampoos.

Clean,quiet room! You get what you pay for. Perfect for our one night stay! The only they could improve on would be the towels!

There are cockroaches

There were roaches in the rooms and the first room had a missing shower door

There was so much noises going on, kids were running around, housekeepers kept moving their carts around all the time, we barely got any sleep at night. We also found bugs in the bathroom and upon calling the motel they refused to offer any compensation because funny enough , they couldn’t find the reservation.

This place don’t offer not even the basic stuff . Towels , shampoo or body wash If you want them you need to pay extra

Perfect for what we needed. Attended an event at Rose Bowl. Perfect distance, quiet and clean. Could use better pillows. Great Chinese food next door.

Property was well kept and maintained

They doubled the rate on me. Will not do business with again. Went from $100 a night to $200 night for each of my two rooms.

Easy to go to Old Pasadena with public transportation. Plenty of parking space. The room was clean. Stayed for a week without any concerns.

You get what you pay for. We only stayed two nights. Glad it wasn't longer. The beds were very hard, pillows very flat. One- ply TP and bath towels similar to what you had in high school gym. We found a roach and asked about having our room cleaned because of it, but they only clean after checkout.
