The staff was nice. The room was clean but the bathtub needed to be replaced and the air conditioner was extremely noisy! Expected more from A Hilton Garden Inn. Breakfast ended at 10 on a Friday, should have been extended for a weekend day!

Staff (except the wait staff in the dining area) were rude. First thing they said was you don’t get your room cleaned every day; it’s, every other day. I actually had to call down and schedule them to service the room. Floor was filthy. Wait staff was busting it, not enough help. Took forever to get restaurant service. Trash was overflowing in the general areas, entries were unswept and dirty. Bathrooms were dirty, toilet paper everywhere, unflushed toilets. Cmon Hilton, you used to be excellent. What happened. Customer service is non existent.

The lady behind the check in desk did not greet me when I walked up to her. Just stared at me until I spoke. Then told me the room I reserved did not exist anymore and we were down graded with no refund. The room I got was smaller and less accommodating for 3 adults. I was not told/shown my room number, shown where it was, told about areas being closed, no mention of the restaurant or pool area. The refrigerator in the room did not work. No one ever came to fix it after front desk was told. Same lady who checked me in, checked me out and again did not speak the entire interaction. Poor customer service.

Easy check in. The room was clean except for the bathroom floor. Pool was slightly dirty. There was a guy with a name tag that unlocked our door in the morning while we were still in the room. I assume he worked there but it was strange because we hadn't checked out yet and were still in the room. Also breakfast is not free.

I paid for a king bed and sofa bed only to be met by a rude front desk agent that told me that they don't have that and if i don't like it i can cancel my reservation and tqke it up with Expedia. I also paid extra for rhe breakfast buffet only to find out there wqs no breakfast buffet.
