Very close to train station and walkable to most everything. Television programming needs to be reevaluated.

The location is perfect, a short walk to Petit France and super close to Strasbourg station which is very convenient for visiting nearly towns such as Colmar, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg and Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg. The hotel staff were very friendly and our room was very clean and spacious. . I'd highly recommend it.

This place is amazing! Huge room, friendly and helpful people at front desk. Very short walk to train station for side trips and short walk to town center for sights, shopping and dining. A/C works very well. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location close to train and local attractions. Bed was comfortable and overall quietness. Hotel is going under renovation which is commendable but I found the smell of paint in / around my room a bit nauseating. More attention to dusting is required. Would definitely recommend

Staff all super nice and speak fluent English. Easy walk to history. Quiet area except for garbage trucks one morning One staff member got me a non slip tub matt. Very nice. All very helpful

After a couple of 27c days room was stuffy and hot , air conditioning did not work. At first staffed seemed willing to help and would have it taken care of while we were at dinner. Well that did not happen and we actuall were told by another that this was a problem for several guests. We were on a busy street so having the windows open even after midnight was too loud. Never mind getting a good nights sleep. Room was clean,good location to petit France. Shower small and tight.
