This place was comfortable and the staff were very nice.

This was a very nice facility. Great staff. The bed could have been more tidy.

They did not have a room for us. They stated you over booked the rooms. We arrived late in the day with no place to stay.

The staff was professional and friendly.

Sheets didn’t fit the beds. Water smelled bad. Dust on all the furniture. AC didn’t work. Entry ways smelt like weed.

Booked the room via Expedia app. Drove 14 hours only to arrive to a hotel that did not have room for me and my dog. Moreover, the charge was put onto my credit card.

When we turned down our bed we quickly find that the fitted sheet is not on the bed because it is not the correct size. We call to the front desk and they bring up a sheet which is too small as well. We called back and were brought a third sheet which is also too small. We remade over the whole bed completely irritated and frustrated.

This was a clean property. Great amenities with a friendly staff. The breakfast was well prepared and many choices.

Hot tub was cold..bathroom needs major upgrade..rooms have unused furniture all along one wall not sure why it's there. The lobby or near the lobby always smelled like pot. The best part of the stay was the beds were comfortable.

Its been shabby fir a few years..now its just plain rundown and unkept. Shower didnt drain. Windows dont open. Stale odor in rooms...just continues downhill

Room wasn’t fully clean stuff all over the carpet. Took a shower and didn’t drain properly was standing in minimum ankle deep water at the end of the shower. Hot tub was luke warm.

Good location and price

Can count on the same good service each time we visit.
