Great stay

They never had available the 2 queen beds that I paid for , also the bed on the sofa available is terrible uncomfortable

My stay was fine except that the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. The staff was very helpful in moving us to a new room.

The resort is very nice with a beautiful pool, and overall we had a nice stay, but we were disappointed with a few things. First of all, we had to ask for handsoap in our room. When we needed anything, like extra towels, we had to go to the main building. There was no attendant in our building, and no one answered the phone. The cleaning crew left a rag in our room. We expected more from paying a daily resort fee of $35 that charged extra for many amenities. Also, we were charged $20 per night for parking, which we were not informed of until checkout.

Amazing !! We went for a weekend with the girls and we had so much fun- they have everything you need there to have fun with the kids , have a great couple night . Bar - live music - pool - Drink from the bar were amazing/ the only thing we didn’t like was the food at the restaurant their breakfast were not good at all .

We were placed in a room with a portable floor unit air conditioner. This did not keep our room cool and made for a terrible sleeping environment . Other than that the resort itself is beautiful and clean. The staff that we encountered were extremely nice helpful and welcoming.

Our initial room thermostat was broken.

Service cell was amazing! Everyone was so friendly. Our 1st room smelled horrible and we called to see if we could move and they hand delivered the key. The restaurant food and service was great! Loved the use of free bikes too! Needed to put out pool towels. Only put out one set in am and never replaced. Housekeeping argued with each other (yelled) in halls both mornings we stayed there. Very unprofessional.

Overall, great stay. Beautiful property with plenty of areas for relaxation. Was disappointed with checkout regarding a parking fee as nowhere on hotel.com did it state like many other hotels and assumed it was the ‘resort’ fee.

There isnt really a beach but the staff is so very nice

Super friendly and kind what i most liked was the way that they had everything so clean like super clean the service as well very attentive.

Definitely more of a couples resort than a family friendly resort.
