The service is extremely amazing. Staff go above and beyond to meet your needs. Aside from this, the view is amazing. You can enjoy a good meal while having such an amazing view to the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I have been coming for years and never disappoints. Now I bring my babies here and we all have a wonderful time. Great staff and food. No need to leave the hotel to enjoy your time.

Good hotel

When I booked and paid my reservation with Expedia I put the exact ages of my kids 12 and 15! When I arrived at Fiest Americana Puerto Valllarta all inclusive resort I was told I had to pay an additional $1300 for the kids because they were written down as infants. Immediately I called Expedia to fix this matter.Idk who changed there ages if it was Expedia or the resort but I had to pay Expedia an adoption ally $750 to fix this mess, The following day I was called back to the resort counter because they still wanted more money!! At this point I was irritated stressed and upset of this situation. I lost 2 days of my vacaciones trying to resolve this matter!!

Great for families very safe!

No events or shows on Monday-Wednesday. The hotel staff is nice but they are pushy on their timeshare agenda and can’t take a no. It’s relatively small. Only one pool. Only 3 different restaurants and there is not a dinner buffet every day. I enjoyed my stay as the wait staff were amazing and the housekeeping was very good. I will not be returning to this location but open to visiting a different one of their properties.

It was a great first experience at fiesta Americana restaurant food was good to the room service & drinks all inclusive would definitely recommend 4.5/ 5, although I can say I wish the pool area was open a bit later pool guy would come by 30 min before closing time & kick us out .

Fiesta was a lot of fun. Daily pool activities were inviting for all. Rooms were very clean. All rooms are ocean view with balcony. The pool appeared to be quite old and the swim-up bar could use some maintenance. Service, however was great!

The food was good, did NOT like that I was hounded by membership inquiries and unable to use the adults only pool unless you accepted a meeting (like a timeshare) could not sit outside for brunch unless you had the "upgraded package" when we purchased the all inclusive, we thought this hotel would be all inclusive. You get what you get for your money. Overall beautiful and good food. If we go back, it would be with the kids. Very family friendly. Not so much for a romantic trip.
