Room was very spacious; hotel staff accommodated my request for two beds under short notice. Only negative thing about this hotel is that it is in a very loud area but aside from that the staff and hotel is amazing!

When we arrived we were greeted by english speaking staff there are 2 concierge these guys can get you any thing and also a safe ride any ware the reast raunt is great and clean food for breakfast and dinner amazing. Room clean hotel clean nice atmosphere. Bar is excellent also a coffe shop and atm on site that are nice this hotel is excellent we had a family of three and they made our stay amazing 24hr room service we came back late one night from a tour they brought us food and the room service was excellent. If you want a clean safe stay come here you could spend the whole day just exploring this hotel and its offerings. Marco Castilleja Boise Idaho USA

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We had a suite which was a great size with a comfortable bed and a really powerful shower. Cleaning was excellent with housekeeping normally working around your timings and not necessarily theirs. Checking in and out was also easy with the hotel in a good location lots of nearby bars, restaurants and the metro. There is also a really well equipped gym. The only negatives for me was the aircon which was a little too cold but I couldn’t seem to change it and I thought the coffee place in reception was a little expensive. It’s a shame about the pool too as it was on the shade for most of the afternoon and the day we sat out embarrassing they laid out tables for lunch overlooking the pool so as we lay on the loungers there were lots of people just staring at us. Felt a little odd.

Fantastic and fine place

We loved the location (we don’t mind a noisy neighborhood) and overall cleanliness. While this is in Zona Rosa, it is a few block east walk to Roma. We got the best of both. Amenities were great for the price, but coffee is Starbucks. If you like Starbucks, great. If not, there is no shortage of superior and often local coffee shops nearby. So much good food, Korean and Mexican, all over! The only issue was a faulty door to the balcony. This wasn’t a big deal and didn’t feel like a reflection on hotel maintenance. We just randomly got a room with a door that couldn’t be fixed right away. It wasn’t a security concern, so there you go.

A lot of good restaurants within 20min walk of the hotel. The room was comfortable, and quiet. It was worth the price. Next to a small grocery store for your daily needs

Comfortable, upscale hotel. Great location. Next to a police station so you feel quite safe. Says its a heated pool but its barely warm and does not get direct sun. Staff are kind and accommodating.

Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Room was good & clean. The downside was we faced onto the pool (which did not receive any sun in February) & a night club which thumped music until 2am every night. In addition the air conditioner settings did not work & we would wake up to the room being 15 degrees.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and I couldn’t wait to leave this place. There is bars/clubs behind the hotel and music kept playing until 4am. Not good for the hotel. The rooms were not that clean specially shower but it was not horrible either. It’s nice that it has a pool that’s one of the main reasons we stayed here. We got to enjoy the pool the last night. Staff was professional and friendly. We only got 2 towels and it was 3 of us. I called to get an extra towel and it took a bit too long I had to go downstairs but nobody was at the reception. Later I called and a female came shortly after and it seemed she was out of breath like she was by herself taking stuff to other rooms. I felt bad. The lobby was pretty and it felt high end at first then I was disappointed. 2/5 will not be staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff amazing

Habitación muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario. Solo el aromatizante del hotel lo sentí muy fuerte e incómodo. Por lo demás todo el personal muy amable y atento y la zona con muchos restaurantes al rededor y tiendas de conveniencia a pocos pasos.

Always a great pleasure to stay at this hotel. Very walkable, convenient, staff great.

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower drain too slow and had to wait to continue shower. Almos flooded bathroom.
