Staff were all extremely friendly, accommodating, and they spoke English well. Room was exactly as shown and very clean. Breakfast buffet was fantastic!

Clean room, wonderful staff, and housekeeping. Good position for the transportation. The room area was very good for 4 persons.

Good stay. A couple of comments: - Room decor is VERY dated (orange walls, mustard tiles). - Not many electrical outlets, and this was inconvenient for 2 people.

Room was very clean and quiet. Water pressure was great as well. The area is beautiful with lots of restaurants around with amazing food. Easy access to the bus stops to quickly get into the city centre.

AC did not seem to work. We had 3 rooms total and all the same. But we never did go to front desk to talk about it. Staff were all lovely. Good service in the lobby bar

Good decent hotel. I liked the location, though it is not that close to the main touristy sights (I was there for work). Everything worked fine, but do not expect much modern amenities. The decor is like it is from the 1980s, and the soundproofing in the rooms is not that good (there was a loud group of young men close to my room, but it was not a big deal for me, they were quiet at night)

Have been staying in Rome for 27 years - always closer to the centre. The Albani was great value, the staff very friendly. The room a bit funky but I like a bit of colour! Importantly there are multiple buses routes to the centre about 200 metres away with card tap on available and many good restaurants and bars within easy walking. We will stay at the Albani again.

Staff very help, all spoke very good English. Given great, recommended on local restaurants near by. Gym equipment was is great condition looked new. Great 70's vibe with the decor. Nice walk, slow pace 30mins or so, into the center of Rome. 50mins to the Vatican City. Would recommend the hotel. Taxi around €18 to the Vatican. €80 taxi from Airport & we used tge lady back, she was brilliant

Our visit was very nice. About a mile or so walk to the Termini Train Station. Friendly and prompt check-in, grateful for the accommodation of an early check-in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Courteous staff. Large rooms.

The hotel is in a very good location, within a short walk for many shops and bus stops, the rooms were very clean and rooms were cleaned daily. However for a 4 star hotel it needs major upgrades as the walls and doors are paper thin and you can hear everything that is happening even a simple knock on the next door. The hotel at night was very noisy with guest screaming every night at 1-2am randomly and due to how thin the walls were we were woken up constantly. The single beds are really small and the room has no amenities such as a kettle or a coffee machine. Also I would expect from a 4 star hotel to have rooms with card keys instead of a physical key tied to a huge ball having to carry it around Rome. Overall for a couple days in Rome the hotel is great but the management should take into consideration the comfort of its guest

In check out they asked to pay tourist fee. I would like to see all such payment in advance,because when it happen at the last moment i feel like they are trying to cash in on the tourist.
