Our visit was very nice. About a mile or so walk to the Termini Train Station. Friendly and prompt check-in, grateful for the accommodation of an early check-in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location, within a short walk for many shops and bus stops, the rooms were very clean and rooms were cleaned daily. However for a 4 star hotel it needs major upgrades as the walls and doors are paper thin and you can hear everything that is happening even a simple knock on the next door. The hotel at night was very noisy with guest screaming every night at 1-2am randomly and due to how thin the walls were we were woken up constantly. The single beds are really small and the room has no amenities such as a kettle or a coffee machine. Also I would expect from a 4 star hotel to have rooms with card keys instead of a physical key tied to a huge ball having to carry it around Rome. Overall for a couple days in Rome the hotel is great but the management should take into consideration the comfort of its guest

In check out they asked to pay tourist fee. I would like to see all such payment in advance,because when it happen at the last moment i feel like they are trying to cash in on the tourist.

Close to many tourist attractions. Walkable distance to Sacré cour and Moline rouge. Metro at 2 blocks. The stop closest onto the hotel was line 2 and the stop was “place the Clichy” Safe and 2 blocks from De hotel. Also we dine in cafe Luna and the food was great and the price affordable

Good location not too far from the roma terminal station

This was my mother and I’s first stop in our Italy trip. I informed them via email in advance about reserving a car from the airport and about my birthday but they never responded. Upon arrival, the hotel staff/reception were very dry and unfriendly. We found out the last day there that they could call us a taxi within minutes because we asked. It’s quite difficult ordering ubers or freenow taxis from there. Nothing was told to us. Same with the food and the bar. The room was cool and comfortable, but I wouldn’t stay here again. I guess if you’re looking for a place to stay that is quiet and away from the city to do self exploring, you may consider this hotel. Not the prettiest either but the pricing was fair.

My two sons stayed on a brother trip, they said the location had easy access to a bus stop just a few blocks away, they liked the area as it felt safe and local…not touristy. Wonderful coffee shop with scrumptious croissants and kind workers was near. Good location for the Borghese Gallery. Room was on the smaller side , but very well taken care of. Overall, recommend highly.

I usually don’t leave reviews but if you get to read this, just know this hotel is very worthy of every penny. One of the best I’ve stayed at.

Good hotel away from the crowds. Easy access.

The accommodation was great super comfortable bed and public transport was easy.

Recommend the hotel as it was easy to get around, great coffee and home made patisserie shops and restaurants. Close to bus stops. The only small thing is that if you don’t have a car and want to go Trevi fountain pantheon and Basilica etc it is a 20 minute bus ride other than that it is worth the stay.

Clean, nice /helpful staff. Convenient location to central rome.
