To start off, false advertisement. The amenities stated they had a laundry for guests to use. What they fail to tell you is that you have to reserve it in advance. That is like 4 days ahead. No one told us this at check in and when I wanted to do my laundry I had to go find a laundromat nearby.
Second, they only have one “working” elevator that takes for ever and is shaky as hell. I was praying every time I had to go in the elevator.
Their breakfast is not the conventional American continental breakfast. It was good Mexican type breakfast. However, the people were always desperate to get the food, there was no lines or order while the staff just watched.
The only really good thing I have to say about this hotel is that it was nearby everything you need if you are here for US Consulate business. If it wasn’t for this I would have taken the loss of my money and gone elsewhere.
There are other options nearby, don’t settle for this. I’m telling you it’s worth it to spend a bit more in a better hotel, if you can.
