The room we had closed off from any view. So suffocated it feels like prison room. Tv was took a lot trying to make it work. All and all we had a terrible experience. We will never go back to that hotel.

Great staff an service wish the cafe was open more good food

Photos can be misleading. The property is old and beat up. Multiple leaks in the bathroom . The outdated swipe keycard system never works . I went to the front desk for my keycard over 10 times during my 4 day stay

The staff was great and it was walking distance to the French Quarter and Bourbon street!

The property lobby smelled like sewer water, I had to get moved to a different room because my original room was dirty, the tub wasn’t clean, the water in the sink wasn’t draining, and the appliances in the room were broken. When I got moved to the second room is was not better.

Man at front desk was very nice and showed so much consideration.

We loved the stay here but there was a pad on the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower head in our room.

Great, spotless clean

The property is decent if you need to do a quick night. However, there is disturbing AC noise all nigh that cones and goes every few mins. it’s very hard to fall asleep.

Very good location. Walking distance to burbon street and Jackson square. Cable car pick up just a short distance from the hotel. The restaurant was reasonable and the food we ordered was tasty. The staff was very nice.

Elevator stunk really bad.

I liked that it was within walking distance of bourbon st, and the water fronr. Ir was also right on the the st. Charles street car line, which gave access to mNy areas of the city.

Great stay

I was hit with hidden charges. When I ask why am I hit with additional tax and $100 cleaning fees or whatever that is. I have never been charge like that before. Even though it will be refunded back to me, it's still not a good experience being charged an additional $100 fee. First floor hallway to the bathroom smells. Elevators are slow as heck. Staff could be more nicer. My bed still had sweat marks in. Overall, meh. We get what we pay for.

The rooms satisfied my needs and the A/C was excellent.

When I first arrived the staff at the front desk were so nice and helpful. When I got to my room I ordered more towels it took almost 30 mins to get the towels.she did not knock on the door she just walked in the room I had to yell for her to stop walking in. She never said sorry or anything just gave me the towels and walked away.
