Well located hotel close to places of interest, shops and dining options. Easy check in, friendly staff and spacious, clean room. I would stay here again.

Hotel was old and it needed updating. The carpet on the floors were very dirty and old for the amount of money you pay for the hotel it could be better. The rooms were tired and old looking. This hotel needs a huge updating, upgrading. The brekky was good with lots of different options. Restaurant food was great.

We stayed 23 days and the hotel is kind of old which needs to be renovated some areas. Overall it was fine. Breakfast on my opinion wasn’t any good, so we had breakfast at Nuria coffee shop everyday which was very good. The location was nice close to bars, restaurants and walkable to parks and coffee places.

Very convenient location from the airport and at city center near shops and monuments. Excellent restaurant and good internet with attentive staff. The price is lower than expected for such good hotel.

This hotel is one of the oldest hotel in the city of Buenos Aires. We got an upgrade and we decided to take a suite that is very spacious and beautiful. We’re going to stay here for 5 nights. The area around the city looks safe, we saw several guards on the streets. There are several jewerly stores and antique stores close to the hotel

Conditions are very poor at the hotel. Cable not working Phone not working Wall key broke ( only thing they were able to fix) Not a place to stay . No funcionaba el cable, o sea sin televisión. No funcionaba el teléfono. Tenia que bajar cada vez que encontraba algo roto. No funcionaba la llave en la pared pero lo arreglaron. No vale la pena. El lugar esta en decadencia con alfombras viejas, lugar feo para quedarse varios dias.

Amazing service and comfortable rooms!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit older but still comfortable. It would be nice if they had adapters for outlets and better wifi.

It was during a record breaking terrible heat wave and it was a pleasure coming back to the hotel. NOTE... the hotel has good air-conditioning "almost" everywhere... However, noticeable, the hallways where the rooms are, are not... curious... NOW, it works everywhere else very well. I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times before and I mus say... I will go back.

Stayed four nights. Have stayed in many hotels in Rosario, but probably won't stay at the Riviera again, only because of the occasional lack of hot water in the shower. This is kind of a basic need of any hotel. However, the breakfast is one of the best I've had throughout Argentina!

Muy lindo hotel, buena ubicación, personal muy amable y atento. Falta un poco de mantenimiento, desayuno variado abundante, pero las medialunas no eran frescas. Igual volvería a elegirlo

O hotel realmente é antigo. O quarto dá uma má impressão num primeiro momento. Mas tudo extremamente limpo, organizado e tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Toalhas e lençóis que parecem nunca terem sido usados de tão novos e limpos. Funcionários educados e café da manhã completo e num ambiente muito bom.

Fotos visualizadas no site não condiziam com o que foi encontrado no hotel. Móveis antigos, box do banheiro com cortina e não de vidro, estacionamento fora das dependências do hotel e com custo elevado,
