Clean room,, staff ok,quite close to the places I wanted to visit

Small rooms with noise being heard through the walls. Shower was missing soap daily and there was no replacements after the room was cleaned.

Room is congested and there is no balcony view to enjoy

Outstanding location, great staff and service, rooms are rather large for the area and very comfortable. The room could benefit from a mini fridge. Elevator is narrow but rapid, just plan for a few extra minutes to bring your suitcases down.

the room was clean but small. the bathroom was super small as well. the breakfast selection was very limited yet costly.

Staff very cortious, room very clean. Elevator was not working when I checked out and had to carry my luggage down two flights of stairs. I also still did not get my deposit which was taken from me, even though I indicated I would pay at the premises. They don't take cash.

Highly recommend. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was super clean and beds soft and comfortable. Bathroom while small, had plenty of shelves and again clean. 20 minute walk to major shopping and food outlets but amazing boulangeries are right outside. Only negative are the pillows are a little large/high. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed in a double room and then moved on my own to a single. I was OK for one person only.

The room was very clean, a good temperature, good size and plenty of space. Staff were very helpful and friendly at all points of interaction during our stay.

Great location, friendly staff would recommend to stay here in superior room for two and standard room for one. Get room opposite street unless you want more view, than noise from busy street and bar patrons from down the road. Standard room shower was very tiny you need to be a small person to fit Thnk goodness I’m 5’1” lol overall a great stay. Breakfast was very good staff excellent

The hotel felt little more than a dormitory. The high price in no way reflected its quality or standard. It was very basic, tired, not particularly clean, no fridge, TV reported as not working, not even looked at or apologised for, limescale in the sink. Reportedly due for total refurb - perhaps 30 years too late. Our check in was delayed by a couple of hours as they couldn’t tell us which was our room. We were spoiling ourselves for our birthday and were so very disappointed. Everything about it felt cheap and unprofessional and unfortunately we weren’t able to find another hotel with availability to match our requirements at such short notice.

Staff is excellent. It was a bit overpriced for what it is.

The bread at breakfast was good, okay selection of meat, the fruit salad was fresh fruit but a bit old. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to metro station, easy access to a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and well supplied.
