Room very neglected. Tea cups not cleaned up. No daily fresh water in the room. Could not check out the night before my early departure the next day. Breakfast terrible. A insect crawling over my musli. It is such a pity to have a beautiful hotel so neglected

Pleasant stay at a historic hotel in Bad Nauheim. Everything was great except for one big fail by the staff: I had an early Saturday morning train to catch to get to the Frankfurt airport. When I asked at reception Friday evening to reserve me a taxi for the transfer to the BN train station, I was told I only needed to come to reception in the morning and it would take 5 minutes to have one come to the hotel. That I did. After 15 minutes of waiting and train departure time getting closer, reception called back & the taxi company said they couldn't get anyone to come. With suitcase & backpack, I had to practically sprint to make the train in time. Not very impressed by this major lack of local knowledge.

Unfortunately, the best hotel in that area. That does not mean it’s good, I actually do not enjoy staying there. Needs an upgrade for sure and staff could be friendlier as well.

The best hotel in Bad Nauheim for quite some time. It is getting tired and needs an upgrade. For some time as well, staff should learn to be friendly - from check-in to check-out not a smile or a friendly word.

Property was very good. We paid for breakfast, went to breakfast ones. It was very bad and not appealing at all. Poor selections, area with food was dark. I would not recommend to pay for it in the hotel. So many nice places in the area.

I have been coming to this hotel for years whenever I am in town, usually every couple of years. It used to be the best place in town but over the years it has slipped a bit. The entire facility seems to be in need of some remodeling. Some elevators don't work. Doors are chipped. There is no way to take a shower without flooding the bathroom and it shows a bit on the floor and the bathroom door. This could probably be fixed easily but has not been fixed for years. Having a small refrigerator in the room would make a big difference. The previous refrigerators were removed and there is just a hole in the cabinet. Does not look nice and is so unnecessary. The rooms are very clean otherwise. Breakfast is fantastic although a bit pricey. The location is ideal. Everything, including the train station is within walking distance.

Easy to find on our way from Frankfurt to Wiehl

This was a real find, maybe a little dated but staff helpfulness made up for it. Clean, quiet, good beds & bathroom. Nice balcony to sit out in.

I was there for a conference and then stayed on a few more days - it's a beautiful hotel with so much personality! The staff is great! The few frustrations I had were because it went from being a conference center to a much quieter hotel, so some things were no longer available and that hadn't been explained to me. Also, I had booked a massage in the spa, but they ended up cancelling through no fault of their own. They were gracious about it. Great pool and sauna experiences!

This hotel is „tired“, time for an upgrade, particularly the rooms

Loved the location as it was halfway between our son's home and the hockey rink where he plays. Beautiful park behind the facility, close to shops and restaurants. 15 minute walk to the train station.

Very easy check-in; staff were very helpful. Great location; close to shopping, Koln Cathedral, Chocolate Museum and restaurants. Only a 12 minute walk to the train.

Reserved here because they advertised EV charging. Put in a request for this in my reservation, then after checking me in they said they had no spaces.

The used towel from last guests were still hanging behind the bathroom door. No hot water in the morning for shower. I paid 220 euro a night.

Clean, good service and meals. Good facilities pool, gym spa. Quiet during my stay - Covid times. Good location near shops/ restaurants and park.

3 nights again at the glorious Dolce Hotel. Best business hotel I stay in, quiet, great facilities and brilliant staff makes staying here a joy. Probably stayed in this hotel in excess of 20 times now and wouldn’t even consider another hotel in the town as there’s no point. Shame the restaurant was closed during my stay but plenty of bars and places to eat nearby.
